It’s very difficult to play the guitar like Slash, but it’s even more difficult to try to play the guitar like Slash without any guitar strings. In that regard, the Guns N’ Roses shredder’s got you covered.

Slash has teamed up with famed guitar accessory company Ernie Ball to create his own line of signature guitar strings. According to the product description, the collaboration marks the “culmination of over three decades of Slash and Ernie Ball’s ongoing pursuit to create strings that provide more durability and tuning stability without sacrificing tone or feel.”

In announcing the partnership, Ernie Ball also released a short video in which Slash recalls the first time he ever performed in front of an audience. You can watch that streaming now on YouTube.

The strings are available to order now via Shop.ErnieBall.com. The set costs $34.99 and includes three packages of strings collected in an embossed, Slash-branded tin.
