Pantera‘s added another U.S. festival to the band’s 2023 schedule.

The reformed “Walk” metallers will headline next year’s Blue Ride Rock Festival, taking place September 7-10 in Alton, Virginia.

The bill also includes Flyleaf with Lacey Sturm, Beartooth, Jinjer, Cold, Escape the Fate, Finger Eleven, Coal Chamber and HIM‘s Ville Valo, with many more artists to be announced.

Longtime Pantera members Phil Anselmo and Rex Brown reunited this year to launch the band’s first tour since 2001, featuring Black Label Society‘s Zakk Wylde and Anthrax‘s Charlie Benante in place of the late Abbott brothers, “Dimebag” Darrell and Vinnie Paul. Brown, however, has missed the last couple shows in South America due to contracting COVID-19.

Pantera’s 2023 plans also include headlining Wisconsin’s Rock Fest and opening for Metallica‘s U.S. stadium tour.
