Lamb of God has announced a new album called Omens.

The ninth studio effort from the Virginia metallers — and the first since their 2020 self-titled effort — will arrive October 7. The first single, titled “Nevermore,” premieres this Friday, June 10.

“The world is crazy and keeps changing. Omens is a reaction to the state of the world,” says frontman Randy Blythe. “It’s a very pissed-off record … It is extremely pissed-off.”

In support of Omens, Lamb of God will launch a U.S. headlining tour September 9 in New York City. The bill for the outing, which concludes October 20 in Irving, Texas, will feature Killswitch Engage on all dates, as well as artists including Motionless in White, Baroness and Spiritbox for select shows.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, June 10, at 10 a.m. local time. For the full list of dates and all ticket info, visit Lamb-of-God.com.
