Start off your 2021 with new music from Lajon Witherspoon.

The Sevendust frontman is releasing a solo cover of the song “Chainsmoking,” originally by Jacob Banks, on January 1. The track was recorded in collaboration with Sahaj Ticotin of the band Ra.

Witherspoon has been working on his debut solo album and plans to release more new music in 2021. He previously released a one-off single called “Love Song” in 2017.

Sevendust dropped their latest album, Blood & Stone, this past October.
