Chevelle is speeding into 2021 with new music.
The Chicago rockers have announced that a fresh single called “Self Destructor” is set to arrive this week. The track, along with its accompanying video, will premiere Friday, January 8, at 10 a.m. ET.
Additionally, the pre-order for the next Chevelle album will “launch in the coming days,” according to the band.
The new record will be the follow-up to 2016’s The North Corridor, which spawned the singles “Joyride (Omen)” and “Door to Door Cannibals.” It’ll also be the first Chevelle album to be released following the announcement of bassist Dean Bernardini‘s departure from the band in 2019.
Chevelle also released a rarities compilation called 12 Bloody Spies in 2018, which included the unearthed single “Sleep Walking Elite.”
