SHAQ did DJ set as his alter ego DJ Diesel at the Lost Lands Festival in Ohio this past weekend . . . after which he attempted his first STAGE DIVE. It wasn’t technically a stage dive, because he didn’t jump from the stage. He just leapt over a barricade into the crowd. Now, Shaq is 7-foot-1 and about 300 pounds, so guess what happened? The crowd didn’t stand a chance. They tried to hold him up, but he pretty much went straight to the ground. He seemed to enjoy himself, though (LINK)

We [support] #FreeBritney.” But let’s not kid ourselves . . . what they REALLY support is RATINGS. Gleb and his partner MEL C will be dancing to “Toxic”. MELORA HARDIN and her partner have chosen “(You Drive Me) Crazy”. CODY RIGSBY is doing “Gimme More”. And it sounds like Olympian SUNI LEE and her partner are doing “Slave 4 U”. Courtney Love believes if Nirvana’s first single from Nevermind had been “In Bloom” instead of “Smells Like Teen Spirit”, and another band had hit it big before Nirvana, her late husband, Kurt Cobain, may have lived. Love explained to The LA Times “I’m not really a fan of the idea that it all ‘could have’ been that different, but ‘In Bloom’ might have shifted things. He might have survived had somebody else [gone first]. Like Eddie Vedder, somebody who had good infrastructure.” “In Bloom” ended up being Nevermind’s fourth and final single when it was released in November 1992.

But he didn’t elaborate.

WILLIAM SHATNER is going to ride JEFF BEZOS’ giant rocket into orbit next month. And he’ll film it for a documentary. At 90 years old, that’ll make him the oldest person ever to go to space. The previous record was just set back in July, when 82-year-old WALLY FUNK rode Bezos’ giant rocket. But one website pointed out another interesting angle: Shatner will be the first WWE Hall of Famer in space.
There’s a rumor going around that ADELE is releasing new music this week. It started when a Canadian DJ Tweeted, “New Adele. This week.” He actually deleted the Tweet, but someone caught it before it disappeared. Adele’s last album, “25”, came out in November of 2015. Just before the pandemic, Adele’s manager hinted that she’d be releasing something in 2020. Adele herself then suggested a new album would drop that September. Obviously, that never happened. And there’s been no word yet from Adele on this latest rumor (LINK)

A pair of Michael Jordan’s USED boxers were on the auction block over the weekend . . . and someone snapped them up for $2,784. He also provided some suits, coats, dress shirts, and ties for the auction.

Tyron Woodley got an “I love Jake Paul” tattoo on his left middle finger, as part of the wager he and Paul agreed to before and after their boxing match last month. Woodley posted a photo of the tattoo on his Instagram on Monday. “I love you son,” Woodley wrote. “Now come and get this a– whippin cause i heard you been talking back to your elders.” Paul had said Woodley had eliminated himself from the running to be Paul’s next opponent because he did not get the tattoo. Woodley was angling for a rematch, and in the aftermath of their Aug. 29 fight — won by Paul via split decision — Paul said he’d grant the rematch if Woodley got the tattoo. Woodley agreed and they shook hands on it. Woodley getting the tattoo now puts him back in play for the rematch.
