Michael Vicens-Segura is suing Steve-O and Chris Pontius for a Jet Ski incident he says, left him badly injured, suffering a gash on the side of his head. Michael says the whole thing happened in Puerto Rico in 2018 when the two guys and movie producers planned to do some kind of “Jet Ski Tug of War” … which basically meant two guys would operate the jet ski in opposite directions. In the video, you can see him in the water between the jet skis just before they take off, once the Jet-skis moved, Vicens-Segura was allegedly struck by the cable connecting the two when it snapped. The aftermath is intense, and Michael is clearly in a lot of pain.   Michael’s attorney, John Phillips is looking for witnesses and people who know about the creation and execution of this stunt. Michael says he had to get a metal plate in his head and his life has been completely changed by the incident … he is asking for more than $12 mil in damages (LINK). “Jackass Forever” is scheduled to come out in theaters this weekend … though it’s unclear if any of the stunt will be featured in the movie.

ALL TIME LOW filed a libel lawsuit yesterday against three anonymous people who claimed on social media that they were sexually abused by either the band or their guitarist JACK BARAKAT. The nine-page complaint filed in L.A. County stated that the band has no choice but to, quote, “mobilize and utilize the civil court system to identify the culprits, prove that the defamatory statements are false, and seek justice . . . “The purpose of the lawsuit is to establish the unambiguous truth and quash these malicious lies so that they won’t be repeated in the future.” All Time Low also said their reputation as a band and as individual members has been unfairly tarnished.  They’ve lost business opportunities because of it and had to cancel scheduled events. They said if they have a court victory, they will donate proceeds from the lawsuit to various charities that support sexual abuse victims.

Peacock released the first official trailer for Joe vs. Carole yesterday, with Kate McKinnon’s playing Carole and Joe Exotic played by John Cameron Mitchell. Here is look. Joe vs. Carole premieres on March 3 on Peacock.

One of the MANY things actors aren’t allowed to do anymore is play a heavy person when they’re NOT heavy in real life.  So it’ll be interesting to see what happens to RENEE ZELLWEGER now that the trailer is out for her new NBC series “The Thing About Pam”. The six-episode series tells the story of real-life murderer Pamela Hupp . . . and since she was a bigger woman, Renee wore a FAT SUIT to play her. As you may recall, SARAH PAULSON came under fire last year for wearing one to play Linda Tripp in “American Crime Story”.  She later said she regretted it. “The Thing About Pam” premieres on March 8th (LINK)

Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp are back as Red and Kitty Forhman in the sequel to That 70’s Show called That 90’s Show. It’ll be 10 episodes and set in 1995, while Leia Forman, daughter of the original show’s Eric and Donna, is visiting her grandparents for the summer and bonds with a new generation of Point Place kids under the watchful eye of Kitty and the stern glare of Red.  That ’70s Show debuted in 1998 and ran for eight seasons on Fox.  The original show’s cast had people who went on to be big: Topher Grace, Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher, Laura Prepon and Wilmer Valderrama. One member of the core cast, Danny Masterson, is currently set to stand trial (LINK) for three rape charges in Los Angeles. In 2002, Fox launched the short-lived comedy That ’80s Show, which wasn’t a spinoff of That ’70s Show but was “inspired” by the format. The 10-episode project.

Ricky Gervais says being funny shouldn’t have limits. He believes that no topic is off-limits. He is coming back to stand-up comedy with one goal in mind to get canceled with his new stand up show Amageddon.  He added, “I’m treating it like it’s my last one ever. It won’t be, but I want to put everything into it. I want to try and get canceled.”

Plans are in place for the sixth installment of Scream. After a successful reboot that scored over $100 million, Paramount Pictures will start filming the next one this summer. The original Scream debuted in 1996.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Chloe Grace Moretz are doing a Jim Jones and Jonestown movie. Gordon Levitt will be Jim Jones and Chloe Grace Moretz will be survivor Deborah Layton. It is called White Night, a psychological thriller about Jones’ infamous People’s Temple cult. In San Francisco Jones built a large and devoted following. In 1974, he established “Jonestown” in Guyana. It was there, on Nov. 18, 1978, that Jones commanded his followers to drink poison. More than 900 people died in one of the largest mass murder-suicides on record.

55 year old Halle Berry (LINK) has played Sofia in the John Wick franchise. Her first was 2019’s John Wick: Chapter 3 — Parabellum. She recently said she will not be in John Wick: Chapter 4 next year but that her character Sofia MAY get her own movie.  John Wick: Chapter 4 premieres in theaters March 24, 2023.

You can now take a college course about TAYLOR SWIFT.  It’s called “Why Get Over Your Ex When You Can Spend the Rest of Your Life Getting Even?”  I’m kidding.  I don’t actually know what it’s called. But it’s being offered at New York University’s Clive Davis Institute.  Unfortunately, there’s a long waitlist for it The course description says, quote, “This course proposes to deconstruct both the appeal and aversions to Taylor Swift through close readings of her music and public discourse as it relates to her own growth as an artist and a celebrity. “Through readings, lectures and more, the class delves into analyses of the culture and politics of teen girlhood in pop music, fandom, media studies, whiteness and power as it relates to her image and the images of those who have both preceded and succeeded her.” The first class launched January 26th and runs through March 9th.  Taylor has been invited to speak, but there’s no word if that’s happening.

Tonight the NHL Skills Competition takes place in Vegas in part of All-Star weekend.  The newest event is the Fountain Face Off that will take place at the Bellagio.  Players will be boated to a rink where they will attempt to shoot pucks into 5 targets in the least amount of time.  The other new event is a twist on Blackjack where players will need to shoot the puck at giant playing cards in the attempt to get 21.  The All-Star Shootout returns for the first time since 2016.  As far as the Blues rep?  Jordan Kyrou?  He will be participating in the Fastest Skater competition.  Other events include the Save Streak, Hardest Shot, and Accuracy Shooting.  Things get started at 6:30PM.

The ProBowl takes place on Sunday.  The game kicks off from Vegas at 2PM.  Last night they aired the Pro Bowl skills challenge…The NFC came away with a 6-1 win after a series of events including Precision Passing, Fastest Man, Thread the Needle, and Best Catch.  The event ended with Elite Pro Bowl Dodgeball.

Doug Pederson, who won a Super Bowl with Philadelphia, has been hired as the new head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars, the team announced Thursday.

The hiring comes 49 days after the team fired Urban Meyer and 35 days after Pederson first interviewed with the Jaguars. Pederson spent the 2021 season out of football, but he was the first head-coaching candidate the Jaguars interviewed. That was on Dec. 30, and the Jaguars brought him back for a second interview Tuesday. Pederson went 42-37-1 and made three playoff appearances in five seasons in Philadelphia. The Eagles drafted quarterback Carson Wentz second overall and went 7-9 in Pederson’s first season, but they went 13-3 in 2017, survived the loss of Wentz late in the season when backup QB Nick Foles got hot and beat the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl. Pederson led the Eagles to two more playoff appearances in 2018 and 2019. Philadelphia went 4-11-1 in 2020, and Pederson, who benched Wentz at halftime of the team’s Week 13 loss to Green Bay for rookie Jalen Hurts, was fired after the season.

We are now hearing why Jim Harbaugh is returning to Michigan.  The reports are that he showed up fulling expecting to sign a contract with the Vikings.  When he got to Minnesota, it was a LEGIT job interview.  He didn’t like that.  The Vikings didn’t like the fact that he just expected the job, so both sides agreed it wasn’t going to work out.  Directly after the interview, Harbaugh made the call to Michigan to let them know he’s returning.

“Mattress Mack”, the Houston furniture salesman known to place giant hedge bets, has done it again — this time with the biggest single wager he’s ever placed. On Thursday, Mack drove across the Texas border into Louisiana, pulled over at a gas station, logged onto his mobile betting account with Caesars Sportsbook and placed $4.5 million in bets on the underdog Bengals to upset the Rams. If the Bengals spring the upset, the bet would net $7.7 million.

The NBA has announced the All-Star starters and reserves.  It will be Team LeBron vs. Team Durant.  St. Louis’ own Jayson Tatum was selected as one of the reserves in the East.  The All-Star draft will be held on the 10th of this month and All-Star weekend is the 18th-20th.

Mac Etienne, a redshirt freshman forward on UCLA’s men’s basketball team, was arrested and cited for assault after appearing to spit at Arizona fans following the Bruins’ 76-66 loss to the Wildcats on Thursday night. Video of the incident appears to show Mac, a four-star recruit who is out for the season with a knee injury, looking toward Arizona fans and spitting in their direction as the team exits the floor following the game. He returned to the locker room with his team before University of Arizona police officers told him he would be placed under arrest and issued a citation for assault with “the intent to injure, provoke or insult” another person. Etienne was not placed in handcuffs.
