33 year old Josh Duggar, who is behind bars after pleading not guilty due to a Homeland Security raid on his old business that uncovered a bunch of child porn. He has in the past admitted to messing with under age kids including his own sisters. He petitioned the court for a release from jail saying he is not a flight risk and should be let out of jail pending trial in order to care for his large family and pregnant wife Anna Duggar. The pair are already parents to six children, the oldest of which was born in 2009. When charges were brought against Duggar, U.S. Chief Magistrate Judge Erin L. Wiedemann said that if the reality star were to be released on bond, he would have to be in a residence where there’s no minor in the home, according to a release from the US Attorney’s Office. His argument for release is “has no criminal convictions, and has known about this federal criminal investigation since November 2019 when Homeland Security Investigations executed a search of Duggar’s prior workplace,” He says he is NOT a flight risk because he is too recognizable.
Did you know KIM KARDASHIAN has been dealing with a SMUGGLING case for the past five years? Back in 2016, the feds seized an ancient Roman sculpture that had apparently been bought on her behalf, then illegally smuggled out of Italy and imported into L.A. That stolen sculpture might date as far back as the 1st or 2nd century. An Italian archaeologist verified its authenticity in 2018, and the case is STILL tied up in American courts. Now, our government is trying to get it back where it belongs. It’s not clear how much that one artifact is worth, but it arrived in a shipment of 40 antiques that had been valued at a total of just over $745,000. For the record, Kim denies knowing ANYTHING about it. Her rep says, quote, “Kim never purchased [it] . . . we believe it may have been purchased using her name without authorization, and because it was never received, she was unaware of [it].”
Yes Britney Spears wants to talk with a judge in her conservatorship case BUT she doesn’t want to end it. She just wants her Dad off the books of it. She does not feel trapped in the 13-year-old conservatorship. She has 99% of the freedom she’d have if she weren’t in a conservatorship, and the only thing she’s prevented from doing are crazy things, like buying 3 cars at a time [something she tried to do back in the day]. She has been free to travel — she goes to Hawaii fairly often — and lives her life in L.A. without real restrictions. Most impoprtantly she does realize she was out of control in the day and the conservatorship was put in place, and it created a structure and also replenished her dwindling assets. As one source put it, “She’s taken care of and she knows it.” She wants Dad out as the co-conservator of her estate, managing her business affairs, and that’s what she wants to talk to the judge about. . Britney has said she will not perform again as long as Jamie is part of the conservatorship. That said, she’s given no indication she wants to go back on stage and, in fact, has said she has other priorities. t’s likely the hearing next month will be open to the public
Anderson Cooper was not the biggest hit among “Jeopardy!” fans. The ratings for his first week as the guest host are in, and they’re the lowest of any of the previous guests . . . even below Dr. Oz.
ADAM SANDLER responded to that viral video of him leaving an IHOP after being told there was a 30-minute wait. He Tweeted, quote, “For the record, I only left the IHOP because the nice woman told me the all-you-can-eat deal didn’t apply to the milkshakes.”
Remember John Finlay? He was on Tiger King. He was one of Joe Exotic’s husbands. Well damn it anyway is John came out this week to say the marriage was fake and only for publicity. It was supposed to help Joe get a reality show. John Finlay sayshe was “young and dumb and didn’t know a nail from a hole in the wall” at 19 when he first met the flamboyant “Tiger King” star on his first day at work at his Oklahoma big cat zoo. Now 37, he put their fling down to him being “impressionable” and willing to “try anything once.” Also the 2014 three-way wedding with Travis Maldonado — all wearing garish bright pink shirts — was just a publicity-generating scam. Finlay — who has had his teeth fixed since finding fame on the show — has since cut off contact with Exotic, real name Joseph Maldonado-Passage, who is currently serving a 22-year prison sentence. He is now married for real after finding his true love — a woman named Stormey. “Stormey completes me and we are deeply in love,” My thought was what does Stormy think of the “Privately Owned By Joe Exotic” tattoo just above John’s tallywacker. Well good news he covered that with an angry bull’s head. He still has four others, including “Joe” on the right side of his chest and “For My Husband, Joe” on his upper arm. He said he would be happy to take part again in a second series of the show, despite the way he was previously portrayed. Exotic, 58, remains in the Federal Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas, serving 22 years for a murder-for-hire plot on his nemesis, fellow zoo owner Carole Baskin of Big Cat Rescue. Exotic’s latest husband, Dillon Passage, announced last month that he is also leaving him.
We’ve all heard the rumor that TOBEY MAGUIRE and ANDREW GARFIELD are going to be in “Spider-Man: No Way Home”. Well, if that’s the case, nobody told Andrew.
There is a YouTube channel is called “There I Ruined It,” and they say they’re all about “lovingly destroying your favorite songs.” They’ve done”Chop Suey!” by System of a Down . . . a bossa nova version of “Born in the U.S.A.” by Bruce Springsteen . . . and they turned “Walk This Way” by Aerosmith into POLKA. Here is Limp Bizkit’s “Break Stuff” turned into a “jaunty Broadway musical number.”

The Mets and Cards game yesterday was postponed because of the rain and the two teams will play a double header today. KK will get the start in the first game and Johan Oviedo will get the start in game 2. First pitch for game 1 is scheduled at 4:15PM.
So the Blues take on the Ducks tonight at Enterprise Center. Puck drop is scheduled for 7PM. And – believe it or not – the Blues actually have the chance to clinch a playoff spot tonight. Here is how they can do so. First things first, they gotta beat the ducks. Then, the Coyotes need to beat the Kings IN REGULATION. If that happens – it’ll be the 44th time that the Blues make the post season.
The New York Rangers have called for the removal of George Parros, head of the NHL Department of Player Safety, after the league opted not to suspend Washington Capitals forward Tom Wilson for a pair of incidents in a game Monday night.
Wilson was fined $5,000 by the NHL for punching Rangers forward Pavel Buchnevich in the back of the head while he was facedown on the ice during the second period of the Capitals’ 6-3 win. Later, during a scrum between the teams, Wilson threw Rangers star forward Artemi Panarin to the ice. “The New York Rangers are extremely disappointed that Capitals forward Tom Wilson was not suspended for his horrifying act of violence last night at Madison Square Garden. Wilson is a repeat offender with a long history of these type of acts and we find it shocking that the NHL and their Department of Player Safety failed to take the appropriate action and suspend him indefinitely. Wilson’s dangerous and reckless actions caused an injury to Artemi Panarin that will prevent him from playing again this season,” the Rangers said in a statement.
Urban Meyer found his franchise quarterback when he drafted Trevor Lawrence at No. 1 overall, but that won’t stop him from bringing back one of his former quarterbacks if the opportunity is right. Meyer said that he would be open to giving Tim Tebow a chance as the former Florida quarterback attempts an NFL comeback. Tebow requested a tryout and worked out with the Jaguars as a tight end. “It’s very simple: If we believe that Tim Tebow can help us win a game, then we’d look into it,” Meyer said Monday. “And we’re not there yet. If it happens, that’s our decision behind it.”
Last night, after making a three and getting the foul, the Portland Trail Blazers’ Carmelo Anthony moved into the top 10 all time in NBA scoring Monday night. He said QUOTE: “Top 10 in anything of all time is a special thing. It don’t seem real because I’m still in it, I’m still doing this.” With 11:09 left in the second quarter against the Hawks in Atlanta, Anthony isolated on the right wing and pulled up from 3, plus the foul. After his trademark move of hitting the side of his head with three fingers, Anthony raised both arms in the air as a quick acknowledgement of the accomplishment. It was his third 3 of the first half, giving him 12 points. Anthony entered Monday’s game against the Hawks nine points behind Hayes’ career total of 27,313.
Welcome to the future, Oakland Athletics. The Athletics announced yesterday that the team completed the first Dogecoin transaction in Major League Baseball history for tickets to see Oakland take on the Toronto Blue Jays at RingCentral Coliseum. Oakland is selling two-seat pods for the series that runs Monday through Thursday for 100 Dogecoin. The Athletics were also the first team in league history to offer tickets for cryptocurrency earlier this year when they made full-season suites available for one Bitcoin. Fans purchasing tickets with cryptocurrency will have the chance to watch a first-place team, as the 17-12 Athletics are one game ahead of the Seattle Mariners in the American League West.
Marijuana is no longer considered a banned substance by the Florida State Boxing Commission. A spokesperson said the commission voted Tuesday to remove cannabis from its testing protocol. Previously, any fighter who was found to have marijuana in their system would be suspended, fined and have a victory overturned. Now, they will not be tested for the substance, though, if they are noticeably impaired during a fight, action will be taken. The change affects boxing and MMA competitions in the state and will go into effect immediately.
