Some things just aren’t meant to be. Just a year after Toys “R” Us re-opened two stores, both are permanently closing because of the pandemic.
It’s going to take a long time, if ever, for MORGAN WALLEN to repair the damage after he got caught using the N-word Sunday night. As you may have already heard, his music is being banned almost everywhere. That includes streaming services like Pandora, Spotify, and Apple Music. CMT announced that they’re “removing his appearances from all platforms.” Even his record label and distributor are distancing themselves by suspending his recording contract indefinitely. Don’t expect to see him at this year’s ACMs either. They posted a statement saying they will “halt his potential involvement and eligibility for this year’s Awards cycle.” SNL, Kid Rock and now this… All three of these events seem to be alcohol-related, so it would be shocking if he doesn’t seek some kind of help.
Musicians are lining to shun to push away to say no thank you when it comes to Marilyn Manson. Here are two biggies…Trent Reznor of NIN who singed him to his label and mentored him. Produced a few records for him.Brought him on tour. Now he ays drugs turned him into a dopey clown. With Manson now facing accusations of sexual assault, psychological abuse, and coercion by at least five women, some have begun to question Reznor’s own knowledge of and involvement in Manson’s activities. There was a part in Manson’s book about something he and Reznor did to a drunk female. Reznor has always said that was made up btw. “I have been vocal over the years about my dislike of Manson as a person and cut ties with him nearly 25 years ago,” more here… “As I said at the time, the passage from Manson’s memoir is a complete fabrication. I was infuriated and offended back when it came out and remain so today.” In a 2009 Reznor said “He is a malicious guy and will step on anybody’s face to succeed and cross any line of decency. … His drive for success and self-preservation was so high, he pretended to be f**ked up a lot when he wasn’t.”
Wes Borland from Limp Bizkit also worked with Marilyn Manson and he wants it to be completely clear. The only support so far is from Manson’s ex-wife Dita von Teese says that wasn’t her experience during their seven years together
OZ has been known to make sketchy medical claims over the years. There’s even a Wikipedia page dedicated to his shady “doctorin'”. So when he was announced as an upcoming guest host on “Jeopardy!”, it rubbed a lot of people the wrong way. Here are some of their social media comments: “‘Jeopardy!’ celebrates knowledge and facts and Dr. Oz has largely broken from that in his medical advice.” “Not super interested in Dr. Oz hosting a show about correct information.” “I honestly can’t think of a bigger insult to the memory of Alex Trebek than letting Dr. Oz host ‘Jeopardy!’. “Dr. Oz is going to learn so much from the “Actual Medical Facts” category.”
E! News claims KIM KARDASHIAN and KANYE WEST are “no longer speaking” and are preparing for a divorce. Supposedly, it’s mutual . . . and if Kim doesn’t file the official papers soon, Kanye will step in and do it. There’s still no official word . . . but this is a strong signal: The “New York Post” says Kanye has moved his SNEAKER collection out of the house. And that isn’t an armful of shoe boxes. A source claims he moved 500 PAIRS of sneakers out . . . although they do note that he hasn’t completely moved out, just his shoes.
T.J. OSBORNE of Brothers Osborne has come out as gay. He opened up about it in an interview with “Time“ that was released yesterday. T.J. is 36, and he’s known since he was young . . . but didn’t tell his brother JOHN until he was in his mid-twenties. His close friends and family have known for several years.

O.J. Simpson is still looking for that killer on local golf courses. Im assuming he gets comped for everything for whatever reason. I also assume has some money yet the man still has a bit of debt according to Fred Goldman the dad of Ron Goldman. OJ was ordered to pay $33.5 million dollars after he was found liable in the killing of Ron Goldman, who was slashed to the death along with Nicole Brown Simpson in Brentwood, CA in 1994. According to Goldman and his new court paperwork Simpson has only paid back, $133,000…and that’s rounding up. If you add interest he still owes now about $70 million dollars and that’s rounding down.
The new trend in Hip-Hop seems to be “doing weird things to your face.” Well, THIS is going to be hard to top: LIL UZI VERT just got a diamond pierced to his forehead. Not just any diamond, though . . . this is a natural pink diamond. It’s 10 or 11 carats, and he claims it’s worth $24 MILLION. Uzi says it took him FOUR YEARS to pay for it. It’s being held in place by a long bar for now. But when the swelling goes down, he’ll replace that with a short bar, so the diamond won’t move. When someone asked Uzi why he didn’t just put the stone on a ring, he said, quote, “If I lose the ring yeah U will make fun of me more than putting it in my forehead ha ha jokes on you . . . And yes I do have insurance.”

The nominees for this year’s Golden Globe Awards were announced yesterday. The Netflix movie “Mank” and the Netflix TV show “The Crown” came out on top with six nominations apiece. “The Trial of the Chicago 7” was the second-most nominated movie, while “Schitt’s Creek” was the second-most nominated show . . . followed by “Ozark”, “The Undoing”, “The Great”, and “Ratched”. Netflix enjoyed a MASSIVE haul of nominations . . . partially because of its continued rise as a movie and series producer, but also because of the pandemic, which has given a huge boost to the streaming networks. In fact, Netflix led the pack among distributors, with a record-breaking 42 nominations . . . 22 for movies and 20 for TV. That’s up from its previous record of 34 last year. Its 42 this year account for 35% of all the nominations. Amazon Studios was next with 10 total between movies and TV. HBO and HBO Max combined for nine nominations, and Hulu got eight. The “78th Annual Golden Globe Awards” air live on NBC on Sunday, February 28th. Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are co-hosting for the fourth time, after hosting in 2013, 2014, and 2015. The nominees will appear from various locations around the world.
2020 wasn’t exactly a blockbuster year for movies, and due to COVID-19, a lot of people watched more TV than ever. So here are the most talked about “snubs” from the Golden Globe nominations.
- The Spike Lee movie “Da 5 Bloods” was shut out, despite favorable reviews from critics. However, speaking of directors, THREE female directors got nods, and that’s a record. There’s never been more than one woman nominated in a given year.
- The Civil Rights movie “One Night in Miami”isn’t up for Best Picture.
- “Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom”also didn’t get a Best Picture nomination . . . however the late Chadwick Boseman and Viola Davis DID get acting nods.
- Season Two of “Dead to Me”was shut out, and “Schitt’s Creek” was the only comedy series to be nominated that WASN’T in its first season.
5. “What We Do in the Shadows” landed eight Emmy nominations, but it completely struck out at the Globes.

The Chiefs had 20 people, including quarterback Patrick Mahomes, other players and staff members, in line for a haircut Sunday with a barber who tested positive for COVID-19. Backup center Daniel Kilgore was in the chair when the Chiefs pulled the barber once his COVID-19 test results came in. Kilgore and the barber both were wearing masks and because Kilgore was deemed a close contact, he told the barber to finish. Kilgore was mid-haircut when the barber was pulled. The Chiefs on Monday placed Kilgore and wide receiver Demarcus Robinson on the reserve/COVID-19 list after they were considered to be close contacts.

So it came out yesterday that it was a combination of both SNOW and COVID that shut down the Sabres/Islanders game on Tuesday night. The snowstorm that hit the East Coast postponed the Sabres’ flight until game day, which altered COVID-19 testing and contact tracing and THAT led to the postponement. The Sabres played two games this past weekend against the New Jersey Devils, who were shut down through at least Saturday with 10 players on the league’s COVID-19 protocols list.
18th ranked Mizzou took on Kentucky last night in Columbia. After starting off hot with a 40-27 lead at half-time…Kentucky clawed back a bit.
