Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. have two kids:  A 13-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old son.  And they’re not allowed to have their own social media accounts. Sarah says, quote, “Sometimes, our kids will be like ‘You guys are the strictest household!’  But I say, ‘Yes, but everyone still wants to come here!'”

Sarah compares letting the kids use social media to letting them get a “Paw Patrol” face tattoo at the age of 5.  Quote, “Because at that age, there’s nothing better than ‘Paw Patrol’.  And now you’re 10 and [13], and you still have these tattoos on your face and it’s not even who you are anymore. That’s a very hard concept for young kids to grasp.”

This could be interesting:  Will Smith’s new movie “Emancipation” will hit theaters on December 2nd . . . making it eligible for next year’s Oscars. Even if Will gets nominated, he can’t be there.  He’s serving a 10-year ban for slapping Chris Rock at this year’s ceremony. “Emancipation” is based on the true story of a runaway slave who escapes to the North and joins the Union Army.

There’s still no word on Coolio’s cause of death.  But sources close to him say he had severe asthma, and that may have contributed. Apparently, he struggled with asthma over the years and traveled with several inhalers to keep it in check.  He would even use them onstage sometimes. Coolio’s family also told investigators about his condition. Coolio died in the bathroom of a friend’s house in L.A. last Wednesday.  The friend had to break down the door to get to him.  When paramedics arrived, they worked on Coolio for 45 minutes before pronouncing him dead. Coolio was 59.

“House of the Dragon” fans are up in arms over Episode 7 because scenes were so dark they could barely tell what was going on. Some viewers called the episode “unwatchable” . . . and one even claimed it was, quote, “literally a whole episode of black screen.” Well, HBO has responded to the criticism by saying . . . TOUGH LUCK.   Here’s their response to a fan . . . quote, “We appreciate you reaching out about a night scene in House of the Dragon: Episode 7 appearing dark on your screen.  The dimmed lighting of this scene was an intentional creative decision.  Thanks!”

Kim Kardashian had a run-in with the Securities and Exchange Commission. On Monday, Kardashian was charged with promoting the cryptocurrency EthereumMax on Instagram without disclosing the company was paying her.  In a statement, the SEC said Kim settled the charges, paid $1.26 million, and agreed to cooperate with the agency’s investigation. She also agreed not to promote any crypto assets for three years

A family has been charged in connection with the murder of PnB Rock.  40-year-old Freddie Lee Trone was arrested last Thursday in Las Vegas. His 17-year-old son was arrested last Tuesday and charged with the same counts.  Trone’s wife, and the son’s stepmother, Shauntel Trone, was also arrested last week and charged with being an accessory.  A fourth suspect is still at large. Edie Falco understands why Pete Davidson is so popular with the ladies.  She’s playing his mom on the upcoming Peacock series, “Bupkis”, so she got to know him really well. Edie said you fall in love with him the second you meet him because he’s so loveable and genuine. Quote, “There is something so endearingly vulnerable and out there [about him].  He doesn’t play games.  He doesn’t try to keep up an image beyond what he cops to.  The second you meet him, you just want to hug him.”

Taylor Swift has another move up her sleeve. Taylor is said to be preparing to release a track with Drake, and it reportedly features some controversial subject matter. The track is said to be a secret song recorded during the sessions for Taylor Swift‘s 2017 album, Reputation but it didn’t make the cut because it “was deemed too direct” about Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. Taylor is now planning to include their “secret song” on Reputation (Taylor’s Version), an upcoming re-release of her 2017 album. The Reputation re-release is not expected to arrive until next year. The victim, who remains anonymous, has accused Kelly of giving her a sexually transmitted disease during one of their encounters. Kelly is already in prison, serving 30 years for racketeering, relating to bribery and forced labor. Earlier this month he was convicted of six out of 13 counts in a trial related to images of child abuse and enticing minors for sex. Jack Johnson says he’s being stalked and harassed by a woman who keeps popping up at his shows, trying to get close to him … so now he’s getting court-ordered protection. The singer went to court this week and got a temporary restraining order against a female fan he says recently confronted him at the hotel he was staying at. According to new legal docs…Jack says the woman traveled to Houston on Aug. 26 and got in his face at his hotel … and the interaction was so frightening, not only for Jack but also for the bandmate who saw it all go down, Jack and his band bounced until cops came and detained the woman. Jack had a show that night in the Houston area … and he claims his alleged stalker often buys VIP packages to his shows in order to get close to him. JJ also says she emails him and his management, claiming she’s been the victim of a long-term financial scheme … conning her out of millions of dollars. Jack says he’s worried for his safety because it’s easy for the woman to track his movements … pointing out his tour dates and personal appearances are readily available online. Sports Report 1

In the sixth inning of a scoreless game, Pujols drove a line drive into the seats beyond left field for his 703rd career home run and a 2-0 lead for the Cardinals. Those two RBIs put him ahead of Ruth and into sole possession of second place all-time with 2,216 RBIs, behind only Hank Aaron’s 2,297. The home run was Pujols’ 370th on the road in his career, and that tied Hank Aaron for the second-most to Bonds in Major League Baseball history. On the same swing in the city Bonds once called home, Pujols launched over Bonds with his 263rd go-ahead home run. That is the most in the majors since 1961. Pittsburgh won the game 3-2. With seconds remaining in the first half of last night’s “Monday Night Football”, a man ran onto the field at Levi’s Stadium carrying a pink smoke flare.  As yellow-clad security staffers struggled to keep up, a pair of Rams defenders saw their opportunity.  When the protestor ran on the sideline in front of the Rams bench, defensive end Takkarist McKinley chased the protestor directly into the path of All-Pro linebacker Bobby Wagner, who trucked him into the turf (LINK).  Here’s how Joe Buck handled it live, and Wagner casually explaining after the game.

Of Note:  ESPN did not show the action on their broadcast.  Click the link to see fan video, and how happy Peyton Manning was when the idiot got taken down by a player.

Tua Tagovailoa won’t be under center when the Dolphins take on the Jets this Sunday, the team just announced, after the 24-year-old QB sustained a brutal hit to the head on Thursday Night Football.

Mike McDaniel, the Fins’ first-year head coach, told media Monday Tua was still in concussion protocol and was out for the week 5 clash with the division rival Jets. Most of the concussion and CTE pros are all saying the dude really shouldn’t be playing for the rest of the season but that’s not how the NFL works as we know.

Plenty of Seattle Seahawks fans and fantasy owners probably had a coronary when they saw star wide receiver D.K. Metcalf leaving the football field on a cart Sunday afternoon. The guy wasn’t injured, he was simply not trying to crap his pants. After the game, Metcalf said, “I was hurting. I had a little tummy ache. Had to get it taken care of.” K. later tweeted, “That clinch walk wouldn’t have made it.” Metcalf led the Seahawks with 149 receiving yards and helped Seattle defeat Detroit 45-42.
