Blink-182 will perform tonight at Coachella.  It’ll be their first show together in almost 10 years. Tom Delonge made the surprise announcement late Wednesday night with an image of a monitor with the crude lyrics of “Family Reunion”.  Then an official Coachella account posted the updated schedule. Their reunion tour was supposed to start last month in South America, but Travis Barker had to have surgery for an injured finger.  They’ll kick off their tour next month. No word if they’ll also be performing next week for Weekend 2.  But you can catch tonight’s show on the YouTube livestream. (TMZConsequence)

Céline Dion is bringing us a message of hope in her new music. The iconic singer released a lyric video for the title track of her new movie Love Again on Thursday. The lyric video features scenes from the movie, starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Sam Heughan, Dion, and a surprise cameo by Nick Jonas. The film’s soundtrack is dropping on May 12 and will include five new songs from her.  The movie marks Dion’s acting debut.  The new project comes after she revealed in December that she was diagnosed with stiff-person syndrome, a rare and incurable neurological disease that can cause debilitating muscle spasms. As a result of her condition, she was forced to postpone and cancel a series of concert dates. Love Again is out on May 5.

George Thorogood has been forced to cancel 18 dates of his Destroyers 50th anniversary tour due to a “serious medical condition”. Thorogood’s team said he “will require immediate surgery and quite a few weeks of recuperation and healing” but didn’t go into further details of his condition.

Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee appears in the new Disney Plus trailer for ‘Muppets Mayhem’, saying not only did Dr. Teeth and The Electric Mayhem teach the Crue how to shred, they even tattooed his infamous “mayhem” tattoo across his abs when he once passed out. The fun trailer is loaded with superstars, including country’s Chris Stapleton, ‘Jay and Silent Bob’ writer and director Kevin Smith, Paula Abdul, Lil’ Nas X and more…all champing at the bit to work with Electric Mayhem. The series premieres on Disney Plus on May 10th.

KISS were forced to pause their show in Manaus, Brazil on Wednesday night after Gene Simmons fell ill on stage. It was fans who signaled to Paul Stanley that something wasn’t right with Simmons, who then paused their concert.  Stanley told the crowd “We’re gonna have to stop. We know how much you love Gene. He’s obviously sick, and we’re gonna have to stop to talk care of him because we love him, right? Let’s give Gene a really loud, ‘Gene!'” Simmons returned to the stage, sitting in a chair brought out for him. It’s possible Simmons could have faced heat exhaustion, as he was in full costume in 80-degree weather while playing in Brazil.

Sevendust has released a new song, “Fences” and will drop a new album. ‘Truth Killer’, on July 28th. The music video for “Fences’ has the band in claymation turning into zombies after an acid leak. Guitarist Clint Lowery is proud of Sevendust’s new album, saying “I’m very stoked about the record. A lot of bands say that. I’m amazed we’re still making music we love and we’re not phoning it in. We worked really hard on it.”

Motley Crue guitarist John 5 has revealed that he is a guest on Dolly Parton’s upcoming rock album. Sharing a throwback photo of himself with the Queen of Country Music, John 5 wrote “I’m so honored that I got the opportunity to play guitar on one of the songs on the upcoming Dolly Parton album. I’ve been listening to Dolly ever since I can remember. Words cannot describe how exciting this is.” Parton is making good on her promise to make a rock record is she got into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  Guests on the album also include Paul McCartney, Steven Tyler, Stevie Nicks, Steve Perry and John Fogerty.

“Cocaine Bear” may have been BASED on a true story, but it’s far from an actual true story. But you can learn that true story NOW, as long as you have Peacock.  Because the documentary “Cocaine Bear: The True Story” just dropped today. Sadly, the bear is hardly even a part of the true story.  Basically, it ate the cocaine and DIED.  And that’s it. It’s more about Andrew C. Thornton the Second, a paratrooper and police officer who got involved in international drug smuggling, bailed from an airplane in Georgia with millions of dollars in coke, and died when his parachute failed. (Check out the trailer here.)

There’s a reason why sex scenes aren’t a thing in Quentin Tarantino movies.  It’s because he says sex isn’t part of his vision of cinema. Quentin told a Spanish newspaper, quote, “The truth is that, in real life, it’s a pain to shoot sex scenes, everyone is very tense.  If it was already a bit problematic to do it before, now it is even more so . . . “If there had ever been a sex scene that was essential to the story, I would have, but so far it hasn’t been necessary.” (EW)

For a few hours yesterday, it was looking like Drake & Josh was going to be reduced to JUST JOSH.  Because Drake Bell was reported MISSING and possibly in danger in Daytona Beach, Florida. The cops found him safe and sound, but they wouldn’t answer any other questions, like who reported him missing, or why they thought he’d disappeared. But last night, Drake Tweeted that the whole thing happened because he left his phone in his car and didn’t answer it. One of the last times Drake made headlines was two years ago, when he was sentenced to probation and community service for CHILD ENDANGERMENT . . . because of a sketchy relationship with an underage female. A month after his arrest, he announced that he was married and had a child.  He was actually spotted with the kid this past Tuesday at SeaWorld. (Hollywood ReporterTMZ)

Succession star Alan Ruck called “Connor’s Wedding” the “strongest episode we’ve ever done. I think it’s the best thing we’ve ever done, and that’s saying a lot, because we’ve done a lot of good episodes.” Of course, he would say that, considering he’s the Connor in “Connor’s Wedding,” but viewers are agreeing with him. Sunday’s shocking episode has joined “Ozymandias” from Breaking Bad as the only episodes with a perfect 10.0 user rating on IMDb. “Ozymandias” was previously joined by two episodes of Attack on Titan, “Assault” and “Hero,” but those have since dropped to 9.9, alongside episodes of Six Feet Under (the series finale), BoJack Horseman (“The View from Halfway Down”), Game of Thrones (including “Battle of the Bastards”), and Bluey (“Sleepytime”). “Connor’s Wedding” has nearly 17,000 votes compared to over 193,000 for “Ozymandias,” and it might well drop a decimal point and lose its perfect rating.

Princess Bride reboot? Inconceivable. According to Cary Elwes, that is. The actor, who played Westley in the cult 1987 fantasy film, recently dismissed the possibility, telling E! News, “There’s no reboot.” The 60-year-old recalled, “There was a studio head one time who suggested that and he posted it on Twitter and I responded, ‘There’s a shortage of perfect movies in this world. It would be a pity to damage this one.'” Elwes’ 2019 tweet was in response to post from Variety in which Sony Pictures Entertainment CEO Tony Vinciquerra had the outlet, “Very famous people whose names I won’t use, but they want to redo The Princess Bride.” The Stranger Things alum—who stars in the upcoming film Sweetwater (out April 14), )—noted that his comment paraphrasing one of The Princess Bride‘s famous quotes “got quite a sizeable response of positive feedback.” So when it comes to the original movie, Elwes added, “I don’t think you can touch it.”
