Aerosmith‘s Peace Out farewell tour has bid farewell after three shows as Steven Tyler has been sidelined with vocal issues. In a statement he says, “I’m heartbroken to say I have received strict doctor’s orders not to sing for the next 30 days. I sustained vocal cord damage during Saturday’s show [in Elmont, New York] that led to subsequent bleeding. We’ll need to postpone a few dates so that we can come back and give you the performance you deserve.” – LINK

The Machine Shop in Flint, Michigan has banned PUDDLE OF MUD for life after the band canceled all of their upcoming shows. The venue wrote on its Facebook page on Sunday,  that “it wasn’t a ‘due to circumstances beyond our control’ cancellation,” but that, “This is 100% Wes Scantlin. The Machine Shop, his band and everyone involved are very disappointed. We will not be postponing the shows as we are not ever rescheduling Puddle Of Mudd.” The venue offered refunds to all ticket holders and showed their ad for the shows with a large CANCELLED written over the dates. There has been no statement from the band on their social media as yet or, as far as we know, anywhere else. We also don’t know for certain that the two allegations by The Machine Shop — that Puddle of Mudd have cancelled all their upcoming concerts, and that Wes is “100%” behind it — are actually true – LINK

Appearing on her former Gossip Girl castmate Penn Badgely’s podcast, Podcrushed, Taylor Momsen of The Pretty Reckless addressed how her role in How the Grinch Stole Christmas at age seven changed her life. She says it did so “in a multitude of ways – one of them being I was made fun of relentlessly. Every time I would start a new school or go somewhere else, I don’t even think the kids knew my name. I was just Grinch Girl. Not even the character name, just Grinch Girl. I got used to it, but it was alienating.”

Gary Busey may have to retake his driving test after his recent hit-and-run accident.  Law enforcement tells TMZ that sheriff’s deputies in Malibu are very familiar with Gary’s alleged poor driving habits, and cops are strongly leaning toward submitting paperwork to the DMV requesting a driving retest – LINK

Amy Schumer got accused of cyber-bullying Nicole Kidman after she posted a picture of Nicole at the U.S. Open.  She was sitting, staring blankly ahead, with one hand under her chin.  Amy captioned the photo “This how human sit.” But she took it down and apologized after everyone accused her of bullying Nicole and being a MEAN GIRL.  But it wasn’t so much an apology as it was an opportunity to troll Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis for supporting Danny Masterson. She said, quote, “I want to apologize to all the people I hurt posting a photo of Nicole Kidman and alluding to her being an alien.  I will be asking the cast of ‘That ’70s Show’ to write letters advocating for my forgiveness.  “#takingtimetoheal”

“The Drew Barrymore Show” resumed taping yesterday.  They’re not using writers, so they’re not violating the Writers Guild strike rules. However, two audience members showed up wearing WGA pins that were handed to them by picketers outside the studio.  And those two audience members were asked to LEAVE before the show started. Interestingly enough, after they got kicked out of the show, both of them were so upset that they JOINED THE PICKET LINE – LINK

“The pinnacle of Star Wars artifacts to ever reach the market.” A long-lost X-wing model from 1977’s Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope was found — and it’s now up for auction … with an opening bid of $400,000. The model was found in the collection of late miniature designer Greg Jein. This thing has long been known as “the missing X-wing.” The 20-inch miniature was one of four created for filming close-ups in key moments during the movie and features red stripes on its top two wings — identifying it as the Rebel Alliance squadron’s “Red Leader.” – LINK

Cardinals got smashed by the Orioles 11-5 in a three game series opener. The loss dropped the Cardinals (63-81) to within a loss of assuring they’ll finish with a losing record for the first time since 2007, when they finished 78-84. Dakota Hudson (6-2) allowed a season-high seven runs on eight hits and three walks in 4⅓ innings. He struck out just two. Five-run inning spells doom for Cardinals in 11-5 loss to Orioles in series opener – LINK

In 3 minutes and only 4 snaps, The New York Jets were dealt the loss of Aaron Rodgers, the NFL’s four-time Most Valuable Player, who joined from Green Bay Packers in the off-season and was the star and focal point of the latest Hard Knocks season.  Luckily X-rays were negative, but there’s no word on the extent of the injury, or if Aaron will miss any more games. The coach had mentioned they were concerned about his Achilles. But sports once again proves that teamwork can prevail.  Backup QB Zach Wilson took over and the game went into overtime.  When the Bills didn’t get a first down, they punted, then this happened.  (Joe Buck with the final call.) Jets ended up WINNING 22 to 16, after a 65-yard punt return for a touchdown by Xavier Gipson in overtime
