When you have Alex Jones backing away from your idiocy, you KNOW you’ve gone too far.  And that’s what Kanye West did yesterday in an interview with Jones, when he said he LIKES Adolf Hitler and the Nazis. Here are some of his quotes:

“Every human being has something of value that they brought to the table, especially Hitler.  Also Hitler was born Christian.”

“I see good things about Hitler also.  I love everyone.  Jewish people are not going to tell me you can love us, and you can love what we’re doing to you with the contracts, and you can love what we’re pushing with the pornography.

“But this guy that invented highways, invented the very microphone that I use as a musician, you can’t say out loud that this person ever did anything good, and I’m done with that.” ((BOTH FALSE))

When Jones said he didn’t like Nazis, Kanye said, quote, “I like Hitler.”  Then he added, quote, “We got to stop dissing the Nazis all the time.”

Another classic:  “I don’t like the word ‘evil’ next to Nazis.  I love Jewish people, but I also love Nazis.”

Then he went where you’d totally expect him to next:  Holocaust denial.  Quote, “[Hitler] didn’t kill six million Jews.  That’s just factually incorrect.  The Holocaust is not what happened.”Let’s look at the facts of that.  Hitler has a lot of redeeming qualities.”

Kim Kardashian hired a pianist to come over every morning and wake her kids with Christmas songs.  It’s the second year she’s done it, and she says it’s to “calm their little souls” during the “mad morning rush.”

Back in April, Simon Cowell said he was done with Botox and fillers, because he went a little too far with them and looked like something out of a horror movie.  But then last month, he said he just REDUCED his usage.  But maybe not enough. He posted a video on Twitter yesterday encouraging people to try out for “Britain’s Got Talent”, and his face looked . . . off. The Internet jumped on him immediately.  He was compared to a wax figure, the son of Herman Munster, and what if would look like if George Michael’s corpse was a playable character in the “Goldeneye” videogame. Simon took the video down, but as we all know, nothing that finds its way to the Internet can ever truly be erased (LINK)

Actress Lake Bell would like you to know that she’s a better parent when she’s . . . HIGH???During a panel on normalizing marijuana for Cann-Do cannabis products, she admitted she can’t get through the holidays without it. Quote, “I am straight up a better parent . . . I’m like on their level.  I’m just like, ‘That is [an effing] crazy dinosaur! Like, ‘Let’s get on the ground right now and be [effing] crazy dinosaurs, let’s open some presents.  [Eff] it.’  I become literally a kid.” Lake even wrote and directed a short film about a holiday gathering that’s basically saved by Cann-Do cannabis-infused drinks.

On Wednesday, we all discovered that Cocaine Bear” is our new favorite movie, even though we haven’t even seen it yet.  But there are a few more highly-anticipated movies coming our way next year . . . and trailers for three of them dropped yesterday. (Click the title to see the trailer)

  1. Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.  To be honest, the title doesn’t grab me, but the trailer looks like fun.  It comes out next June.
  1. Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3.  It’s out next May.
  1. Transformers: The Rise of the Beasts.  This one is based on the “Beast Wars” cartoon from the ’90s.  It’s dropping in June.

Here is what is in theaters this weekend…

  1. Violent Night  (R)  Trailer – 66%

David Harbour from “Stranger Things” is Santa in an action comedy that’s sort of like “Die Hard” with a magical twist.  A group of mercenaries breaks into a family’s private estate on Christmas Eve to rip off $300 million from their vault and it’s up to Santa to save the hostages.

  1. Emancipation(R)  Trailer   — 60%

Will Smith plays a runaway slave who escapes from the abuses of a Louisiana plantation and joins the Union Army.  It’s Will’s first movie released since his Oscars slap.  It hits AppleTV+ on the 9th.

Tom Hanks just launched a packaged goods company called Hanx for Our Troops.  And he’s giving 100% of its profits to organizations that provide aid to U.S. military veterans and their families. Their first product is coffee.  It comes in three different flavors:  Tom’s Morning Magic Blend, First Class Joe, and Sergeant Peppermint.  You can buy all three flavors in pods, while First Class Joe is available in grounds, and Joe and Morning Magic Blend are available as coffee sticks. Tom said, quote, “By choosing our coffee, you help support those who chose to commit their time and efforts in defense of our liberties for the good cause that is the American Way . . . “Every penny of profit says ‘thank you’ to them.  We owe them our gratitude, eh?”

The Batmobile from Tim Burton’s Batman movies is currently up for grabs through Classic Auto Mall.  This iconic Batmobile was driven by Michael Keaton in 1989’s Batman and its follow-up, 1992’s Batman Returns. Classic Auto Mall describes the long-nosed coupé’s exterior as “bat s**t crazy cool.” Batman fans hoping to add this Batmobile to their collection should prepare to spend big. The prop car is listed for $1.5 million. The car was previously used as a prop for the Batman Returns roller coaster at Six Flags in New Jersey before being purchased by a movie car collector.

Last month, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story star Justin Long got fans buzzing when he revealed that Vince Vaughn had an idea for a sequel to the 2004 comedy that was just waiting for Ben Stiller’s stamp of approval after he was uncertain about doing a follow-up. At Wednesday night’s premiere for his new comedy Christmas with the Campbells, which he co-wrote and produced, Vaughn gave an update on the project himself, sharing that he and Stiller are both open but cautious of the risks of revisiting the hit film. “They’ve always talked about these things forever and I had an idea that was fun and the studio likes it, so we’ll see where it goes,” Vaughn told The Hollywood Reporter. “I think Ben is open to doing it, I think he’s in the same boat as me actually which is if it’s a really fun and great idea then that’s fun, but if it’s just something to go do it again then why?” For now, Vaughn’s focus is on Christmas with the Campbells, an R-rated version of a Hallmark Christmas movie starring Justin Long, and Brittany Snow.

Terry Bradshaw‘s family show, “The Bradshaw Bunch,” won’t be returning for a 3rd season, and the reason has to do with Terry’s health. The E! show was renewed for a third season and filming was supposed to begin last March, but around that time Terry informed producers he had a serious health condition. At the time, we’re told Terry didn’t give specifics on his diagnosis but he let producers know he couldn’t move forward with the show. In the end… the Bradshaws and E! mutually decided to not go forward with the series. Last month, Terry revealed on NFL on FOX he went in for an MRI for what he thought were neck issues … and that’s when doctors discovered a tumor and diagnosed him with Merkel cell carcinoma — a rare, aggressive form of skin cancer. Terry had been diagnosed with bladder cancer in November 2021, during the airing of the second season of the show. The series, which was filmed at the family’s ranch in Oklahoma, was centered around (LINK) the 4-time Super Bowl champ, his wife Tammy and their 3 daughters. Today, Terry is cancer-free!

Spoiler Alert! The Masked Singer crowned a new winner! According to judge Ken Jeong this season was “the toughest finale ever,”  Going into the finale were the two finalists, Harp and Lambs. After their final performances of the season, America voted for their favorite contestant, and the winner was announced and unmasked. The winner of Season 8 was Glee alum, Olivier award-winning actress and singer Amber Riley, who was portrayed as “Harp” on the show. Amber is the first to win both Dancing With The Stars and The Masked Singer. Runner-up for this season was “The Lambs,” who were revealed as Grammy Award-winning pop group Wilson Phillips. The fun isn’t over though.  The Masked Singer will celebrate the holiday season with a special that will feature Harp, The Lambs, and more. That show airs on Dec. 7 on Fox

LL Cool J has created a one-of-a-kind hip-hop experience to honor the genre’s 50th anniversary. The ‘Rock The Bells‘ cruise hits the water on a Norwegian Pearl that will go from Miami to The Bahamas. The trip runs November 13-17 in 2023 and includes performances from Trina and Trick Daddy. A full lineup will be revealed closer to the cruise’s launch date. The cruise activities include “pool deck parties with Kid Capri, DJ battles, rap karaoke, interactive graffiti, podcasts, roller skating, open mic nights, movie screenings, art galleries, tattoos, basketball and Bun B’s Trill Mealz Food Court.” Basically, there is something for everyone — and it appears to be kid-friendly.

‘Tis the season for Morgan Wallen surprises.  He’s releasing new music TODAY . . . and he also just announced a world tour.  Let’s start with the music.  It’s a three-song set called “One Thing At A Time – Sampler”.  All three songs will be on his next album, but there’s no word when that’ll be out. His One Night At A Time World Tour will kick off with some dates Down Under in March.  The North American leg starts April 15th in Milwaukee, and stretches all the way into October. He will be at Busch on July 7th.

Dolly Parton was on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” yesterday, and one of the highlights was both of them launching into the chorus of “I Will Always Love You”.

If you cried out loud when tickets to Garth Brooks’ Vegas residency were snapped-up and sold out on day one, well, Garth feels your pain.  He’s extending (LINK) the residency through 2024.  But don’t sit on your hands, hit up Ticketmaster.com/GarthVegas before it’s too late.

Bobby Brown has a lot to look forward to next year … especially hitting the road with his New Edition brothers for a new world tour! New Edition is undeniably one of the most celebrated R&B groups of all time. They’ve been in the game for about 40 years, and every member’s had success outside the group, too. One thing Bobby’s not anticipating is the upcoming Whitney Houston biopic “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” … which will likely document their turbulent life and times together in the ’90s. Bobby says he had zero involvement in ‘I Wanna Dance’ so he can’t cosign on its quality, or the performance of Ashton Sanders … the actor who’s portraying him in the film.

It looks like Fall Out Boy is teasing their 8th studio album, posting a mysterious ad in their hometown’s newspaper, ‘The Chicago Tribune’. The full page ad reads “FOB 8” with the “O” drawn up as a yin and yang symbol.  Then at the bottom, there’s smaller print that reads “If you build it, they will come.” Fans have been searching for the ad since it appeared in the ‘Tribune’ with one fan tweeting that it’s been “a journey finding a physical copy”.

Sports Report 1

Carolina added an empty-net goal with 1:58 to play, This was the eighth time this season the Blues have allowed an empty-net goal. They had the lead but blew it and lost to Carolina 6-4. Here is the final call.  Three goals in 64 seconds in the second period took the Blues from a two-goal lead to a one-goal deficit. The loss gives the Blues four in their past five games. The Blues had two power-play goals for the first time this season, one by Pavel Buchnevich in the first and the other by Torey Krug in the second period to get them even. The Blues leave Friday for a three-game trip, starting in Pittsburgh before playing the two New York teams (LINK)

Channel 2’s telecasts of the United States’ three games thus far in the planet’s biggest sporting event THE WORLD CUP have been seen by 6% of people in the market, tying for 13th place nationally. The Americans’ second match, a scoreless tie against England, was up to a 7.5 rating and seventh-place finish nationally. I’m sure it helps that we have an emerging fanbase of new fans to the sport preparing for St Louis to be a part of the MLS and we have two starters on the US National Squad from St. Louis that are fun to watch. Don’t forget SOCCER 101 with Michelle Smallmon and myself is a fun soccer podcast designed to help give ya the basics and more to help you get into the excitement of the sport and our local team and supporters. Another episode dropping today. The U.S. faces the Netherlands at 9 a.m. Saturday and is expected to be seen by even more folks in St. Louis (LINK)

The Germans struggled throughout a tense match with Costa Rica before ultimately coming through with a 4-2 win, but it was all for naught as Spain fell to Japan, 2-1, in the other Group E match. The results meant Germany is once again knocked out at the group stage level. Japan is the group winner with six points while Spain will also move on due to a goal differential advantage over Germany. Japan will face Group F runner-up Croatia in the knockout rounds while Spain will play Morocco.

The goal that dumped Germany out of the 2022 World Cup (LINK) initially didn’t count. Japan scored it to take the lead during its 2-1 win over Spain on Thursday, but referees initially disallowed it because the ball, a second before the goal, seemed to have crossed the end line. But the video assistant referee (VAR), after reviewing the play, overturned the call on the field because, although replays and still photos both appeared to show the ball crossing the line, it didn’t — at least not fully, apparently. By rule, the ball is only out of play when the entirety of it has fully cleared the plane of the boundary. In other words, if you were to draw a line perpendicular to the ground — straight up from the end line toward the sky — and that vertical line intersects with any part of the ball, the ball is still in play. Camera angles that offered a bird’s eye view seemed to show that the ball hadn’t done this; that a sliver of it still hovered above a sliver of the line. And thus, after video review, the goal was given. Watching the videos seem to make it clear that it was slightly out but the one still photo from right above the line is incredible and does seem to make it ever so slightly still “in.” (LINK)

Romelu Lukaku missed a hat-trick of chances that would have taken Belgium into the last-16 of this World Cup. Instead they are out. At the final whistle Lukaku, who had come on as a half-time substitute, struggling for form and fitness just like Belgium, almost looked in a trance. Then he cried and cried and then got angry. He walked to the Belgium dug-out and punched out a huge piece of Perspex before slumping in a chair. What an achievement for Morocco. Unbeaten in the group, and they have finished above Belgium and Croatia, who finished third and second at the 2018 World Cup. Morocco and Croatia move on from that group.

Brad William Henke, a former NFL player who later got into acting and appeared in “Orange Is The New Black,” has died … TMZ has confirmed. Brad died in his sleep Tuesday, according to sources connected to his family. The cause of death is unclear. Brad’s most famous for playing one of the prison guards in ‘OITNB’ — and he’s in the scene where one of the show’s main characters, Poussey Washington, is killed off — one of the biggest scenes in the entire series. He also had roles in TV shows like “Justified” and “Lost” … appearing in movies including “Pacific Rim” and “World Trade Center.” Brad was 56.

If all else fails, take a private jet. That’s exactly what Odell Beckham Jr. is doing after the NFL star’s incident with American Airlines earlier this week … deciding to skip flying with the normies to avoid any other issues. The free-agent receiver was kicked off the plane on Sunday after an AA flight attendant told police they were trying to get Beckham to fasten his seatbelt …  but claimed he was in and out of consciousness. BTW, this luxury flight might be a sign that the 3-time Pro Bowler is on his way to visit either the Dallas Cowboys or the New York Giants … as he narrows down his search for a new home.

The feeling is mutual, too, as both teams confirmed the plane incident hasn’t changed their mind about signing the Super Bowl champ (LINK). Antonio Brown can’t stay out of trouble. The former star NFL wide receiver has been making headlines after he ran off the field in the middle of the game when he was playing with the Tampa Bay Bucs last season. Lately, he’s been toying with his former quarterback and friend Tom Brady posting photoshopped pictures with Brady’s now ex-wife Gisele. Now Brown is being accused of domestic violence. According toESPN, police in Tampa have issued an arrest warrant for Brown, stating that he is wanted on battery charges stemming from an incident on November 28th where Brown and a  woman were involved in a verbal altercation at his home in South Tampa. The argument became physical, and according to police, Brown threw a shoe at the victim. Brown also attempted to evict the woman from the home by locking her out. FOX 13 Newsstates that the incident involves the mother of Brown’s children.

The Patriots dominated and embarrassed the Bills for a long time during the Tom Brady era in New England. Brady’s Patriots went 32-3 against Buffalo. Brady is gone and the Bills are paying the Patriots back now. Last night, The Bills won their fifth game in the last six meetings against the Patriots, including playoffs. The Bills were far superior to the Patriots and it was obvious fairly early on in the 24-10 win. It’s the first time Buffalo has won three in a row at New England since 1992-94
