Vocalist Mary Wilson, who co-founded the Supremes as a 15-year-old in a Detroit housing project died on Monday night at her home in Las Vegas. She was 76. Apparently she died suddenly. There will be a public memorial later this year. Mary, along with Diana Ross and Florence Ballard, came to Motown in the early 1960s. After an unprecedented string of No. 1 hits, television and nightclub bookings, they opened doors for themselves, the other Motown acts, and many, many others. She just posted 2 days ago she was working on releasing solo stuff.
Billy Brown — the Brown family patriarch featured in 12 seasons of the hit series “Alaskan Bush People” — has died. Billy died Sunday following a seizure. His son, Bear announced it on Instagram. Billy was an avid hunter and a pretty brilliant commercial fisherman in the North Pacific. He grew up in Texas and when he was 16 he suffered a tragedy — his mother, father and sister died in a plane crash. After meeting his wife, Ami, in Texas, they decided to move to Alaska where they raised their family of 5 sons and 2 daughters.
Ever since that documentary “Framing Britney Spears” came out, everyone’s been coming to terms with just how badly Britney was treated. Lots of celebs posting about it.
SarahJessicaParker simply tweeted “#FreeBritney” and “#FramingBritneySpears.” Khloe Kardashian said she is “praying for queen Britney,” Before her pre-Super Bowl “TikTok Tailgate” performance, Miley Cyrus said “We love Britney” while performing “Party in the USA,” which includes a reference to the pop legend. Courtney Love Cobain tweeted an image reading, “We are sorry, Britney.” “Good morning!” Andy Cohen tweeted before adding, “have a great day! And: #FreeBritney.” Meghan McCain wants to know what President Biden’s plan is to make Timberlake pay for what he did to Spears and Janet Jackson.
Even THE DIANE SAWYER is taking a hit, thanks to a 2003 interview, when Britney was just 22 years old. There’s another part of the interview where they talk about a comment made by Maryland’s first lady during a speech at an anti-domestic violence rally. She said, quote, “Really, if I had an opportunity to shoot Britney Spears, I think I would.” Diane almost seemed to DEFEND the woman’s comments, telling Britney, quote, “It’s because of the example for kids and how hard it is to be a parent and keep all of this away from your kids.” Justin Timberlake, who’s been accused to “weaponizing” their breakup for the sake of his career. For what it’s worth, a so-called “insider” claims Britney doesn’t hold a grudge against Justin, and wouldn’t want her fans attacking him.
It is one step closer to finally becoming a reality as The Illuminerdi is reporting that none other than Keanu Reeves has been offered the role of the iconic Spider-Man adversary Kraven the Hunter. According to the report, the project is a solo film possibly just titled Kraven, within the Sony Universe of Marvel Characters and is being described by sources as “a mashup of Man on Fire and Logan.” The movie, simply titled Kraven. In the meantime, Morbius, starring Jared Leto, is coming out this year and Venom: Let There Be Carnage will drop in 2022.
Four Seasons Total Landscaping in Philadelphia became world famous last year . . . but probably not the way its owners had hoped. It became a punch line after DONALD TRUMP’s lawyer RUDY GIULIANI held a press conference there. A lot of people think the Trump campaign meant to book the Four Seasons HOTEL, but messed up. Accident or not, there’s now a documentary in the works called “Four Seasons Total Documentary”. And yes, the owner of the company is participating. A press release says the film will, quote, “give a firsthand account of the roller-coaster journey that one well-meaning small business in Philadelphia went through when they agreed to host a political press conference in the midst of the most hard-fought American election in recent history.
The mansion that the Rose family gets kicked out of at the beginning of “Schitt’s Creek” is for sale and it could be yours . . . if you’ve got an extra $15 million kicking around. The place has a name . . . as $15 million mansions often do. It’s called La Belle Maison, and it’s in Ontario, Canada. It’s 24,000 square feet, with 12 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, a home theater, a wine cellar, a billiard room, a fitness gym, and indoor AND outdoor swimming pools. To name just a few of its amenities.

It’s amazing how many movies make it to the screen with obvious mistakes in them. A British website put together a list of what it claims are the 29 worst. Here are 10 of them:
- “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” (2019): Leonardo DiCaprio’s character takes a ride on a 747. But the movie is set in 1969, a year before those planes went into service. In ’69, he would have been on a 707.
- “North by Northwest” (1959): At the Mount Rushmore cafeteria, you can see a kid cover his ears right BEFORE Eva Marie Saint fires a gun.
- “Pulp Fiction” (1994): When John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson get into a shootout with some kids in an apartment, there are bullet holes in the wall before a shot is fired.
- “The Wizard of Oz” (1939): In the scene where the trees throw apples at Dorothy and the Scarecrow, Dorothy is wearing black shoes, not the ruby slippers.
- “The Fast and the Furious” (2001): In the scene where Jesse and Tran race, Tran is wearing shirt with sleeves at first . . . but then it magically transforms into a tank top.
- “Star Wars” (1977): As a group of stormtroopers enter a room, one of them bangs his head on the top of the doorway.
- “Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl” (2003): A crew member in a cowboy hat can be seen behind Johnny Depp on the ship.
“Braveheart” (1995): There’s a car visible in the background of a battle scene.
- “Halloween” (1978): It’s supposed to be set in Illinois, but the cars have California license plates.
- “Titanic” (1997): During the nude painting scene, Leonardo DiCaprio tells Kate Winslet to go over to the bed . . . then he says he meant the COUCH. That was a flub by Leo, but the director left it in because he thought it was funny.

The Blues lost their second in a row to Arizona and it took a little extra hockey to find a winner. Ryan O’Reilly scored in the first followed by a goal either in the second from Arizona. David Perron scored to take the lead once again but just 4 mins later the Coyotes tied it up again. Ryan O’Reilly scored his second of the game just a few minutes into the third and it looks like that was it. Then, with just one second to go, STL native Clayton Keller scored and sent things to overtime. The OT period didn’t find a winner so the game went to shootouts where Arizona got the win. Tues & Thursdays game against Minnesota has been postponed so the next game for the Blues is Saturday against…..the Arizona Coyotes. Puck drop is scheduled for 6PM.
A St. Louis Cardinals legend is coming back to the only Major League Baseball team he has ever known. On Monday, the Cardinals announced that catcher Yadier Molina had agreed to a new contract with them. Per Jon Heyman, the deal is for one year, $9 million. Molina has been with the Cardinals since the 2004 campaign and has a sparkling resume that includes two World Series titles, nine Gold Gloves, four Platinum Gloves, nine All-Star appearances and one Silver Slugger. There is no doubting his importance to the Cardinals organization, and the argument can be made he is far more valuable to St. Louis than he would be anywhere else at this point of his career given how much the fans love him and the importance of his role as the veteran leader on the field.
Major League Baseball will reportedly tweak the baseballs used this season in an effort to curb home run rates. According to some, “the ball’s construction will change slightly, and five more teams are adding humidors for ball storage—all parts of MLB’s attempt to reduce the wild recent year-to-year swings in home run rates league-wide.” In a league memo sent to general managers, assistant general managers and equipment managers, Major League Baseball reportedly wrote that the upcoming changes would slightly depress offensive numbers in 2021. Apparently, the upcoming changes to the ball should make it “less bouncy.” One analyst estimated that the changes would reduce home run rates by five percent.
Seven-inning doubleheaders and runners on second base to start extra innings will return for a second straight season under an agreement for 2021 health protocols reached Monday between Major League Baseball and the players’ association. The deal did not include last year’s experimental rule to extend the designated hitter to the National League or expanded playoffs. After allowing 16 teams in the postseason last year instead of 10, MLB had proposed 14 for this year before withdrawing that plan last month. Last year’s expanded playoffs agreement did not come together until hours before the season’s first pitch.
The Florida man who ran onto the field during the Super Bowl has been charged with trespassing. 31-year-old Yuri Andrade ran onto the field Sunday night in the fourth quarter of the game wearing a hot pink something with black shorts. He was eventually tackled on about the 3-yard-line by security and escorted out of Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium. Hillsborough County jail records show Andrade posted $500 bail and was released early Monday. Turns out the mostly clothed streaker has ties to an infamous YouTuber known for pulling outrageous stunts, Vitaly. He also runs an adult website called Vitaly Uncensored, which was written on the front of Andrade’s pink outfit. It’s unclear if he’ll face punishment for this latest exploit. Vitaly took to Twitter shortly after saying, “We f****** did it.”
About two hours before the scheduled tipoff, Monday night’s men’s basketball game between Miami and North Carolina in Chapel Hill was postponed. The decision came hours after The Daily Tar Heel, North Carolina’s student newspaper, posted a Snapchat video that shows UNC standouts Day’Ron Sharpe and Armando Bacot partying without masks on. A source said that the video and the league’s decision to postpone the game are connected. A league spokesman, referred to the ACC’s statement when asked whether the video influenced the decision. He also said the ACC doesn’t “have any further information to provide.” In the brief video, Sharpe and Bacot, who combined to score 27 points in the win over their chief rivals Saturday, are shown hanging out with multiple people in a room as music plays in the background.
The Kirkwood School District announced the next head coach for its football program this week — and it’s a familiar name for both NFL and Mizzou football fans. Kirkwood High School athletic director says that Jeremy Maclin will be named the next head football coach. Maclin will succeed coach Farrell Shelton, who announced his retirement at the end of the 2020 football season. Shelton served as head coach at Kirkwood for six seasons. Maclin has been part of the Kirkwood High School football program as a former player and assistant coach. While at Kirkwood as a student-athlete, he excelled in multiple sports which propelled him to an All-American career at the University of Missouri. In 2009, Maclin was a first-round draft pick in the National Football League with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played in the NFL for 10 seasons with the Eagles, Chiefs and Ravens.
