All this talk about Leonardo DiCaprio and his younger girlfriends has made us forget about the real OG of cradle-robbing:  Madonna. Back in 2008, she divorced Guy Ritchie . . . who was 10 years younger.  And she had a brief fling with Alex Rodriguez . . . who was 17 years younger. Since then, all her boyfriends have been at least 28 years younger than her.  Her current toy, Andrew Darnell, is 23.  Madonna is 64, making an age gap of 41 years.  Darnell is also younger than Madonna’s daughter Lourdes, who’s 25, and two years older than her 21-year-old son Rocco. Madonna’s plaything before that was Ahlamalik Williams, who was 36 years younger.  His predecessor was Kevin Sampaio, who was 28 years younger when they dated from 2017-ish to 2019. Brooklin Soumahoro was 33 years her junior.  Madonna had 29 years on Timor Steffens, a dancer she dated for seven months in 2014. Before that, she dated a guy named Brahim Zaibat for about three years, beginning in 2010.  They were 28 years apart. And kicking things off was Jesus Luz, who was just 21 when Madonna started hittin’ that in 2008.  They were 29 years apart. Madonna has pretty much always dated younger men . . . at least since she’s been famous.  Even ex-husband Sean Penn was two years younger. The one outlier is Warren Beatty.  He’s 21 years older than her, and they dated from 1989 to 1990.

Leonardo DiCaprio has been seen around with another female.  And she’s ANCIENT.  I’m talking, like, 27 years old.  It’s model Gigi Hadid.  And they’re not officially dating yet, but there’s something going on there.  A source says, quote, “They are getting to know each other.  Leo is definitely pursuing her.”

John Stamos has an autobiography coming out next year called “If You Would Have Told Me”.    And we have Bob Saget’s death to thank for it. John says, quote, “[It’s] the book I never planned to write, but after losing Bob, finally becoming a father, and wanting to honor all the colorful people who have made me who I am today, I figured if not now, when?” He adds, quote, “Honestly, while writing this book I’ve realized I have about a million stories to tell, and I think you may like at least 400 of them. It has been cathartic and healing and sometimes heartbreaking to dig in and reveal so much.”

Jimmy Kimmel apologized to Quinta Brunson for laying on the floor during her Emmy acceptance speech.   Will Arnett had dragged him out on stage for a comedy bit, and Jimmy never moved.  Here she is accepting his apology.

We’re heading off to Catholic school juvie in a brand-new trailer for USA Network and SYFY’s Season 2 of Chucky. Just when they thought life couldn’t get any worse, it looks like the crew will be under the watchful eye of some homophobic nuns and priests in the upcoming season. There, the trio will come to find out that things are going to be made infinitely worse by the multiplication of Chucky that will see the little terror’s possession spread to a massive amount of Good Guy dolls, many of whom received knives during their orientation

The official trailer has been released for The Curse of Bridge Hollow. Coming to Netflix in October, the film stars comedy veteran Marlon Wayans and Stranger Things star Priah Ferguson as a father and daughter whose Halloween plans are interrupted by the town’s festive decorations coming to life. You can take a peek at the lighthearted horror-comedy film by watching the new trailer below

Norwegian filmmaker Tommy Wirkola is back with new movie Violent Night, which stars David Harbour as a badass, ass-kicking Santa Claus. We’ve been waiting for a first-look at the movie for a while now, and today it has arrived in the form of the movie’s official poster art. “You better watch out,” the poster’s tagline reads, and David Harbour’s Santa Claus takes center stage. He’s battered and bloody, holding a flaming candy cane in his teeth. Check out the Violent Night poster below and expect a trailer soon. Universal will release Violent Night on December 2, 2022.

Best rotation ever?? Mike Tyson and Ric Flair were on cloud nine Tuesday night … ’cause the two sports legends smoked jibbers together after attending a cannabis conference in Chicago! The Nature Boy posted a clip alongside Iron Mike … lighting up blunts on camera, smoking and giggling together out in the streets. Tyson and Flair became partners in Mike’s “Tyson 2.0” business earlier in the year — and the two collaborated on Naitch’s “Ric Flair Drip” cannabis line. Flair and Tyson smoked multiple blunts on stage at the conference, according to Benzinga … where Mike and Ric touted the benefits of smoking marijuana over using drugs like Xanax for pain relief. Flair said (LINK) during the event that smoking pot was a much better way to manage the pain he was experiencing due to the stress the wrestling industry put on his body.

Basketball legend Kobe Bryant almost made a cameo in the Saved by the Bell revival on Peacock. Two cast members who portrayed Bayside High students Lexi and Aisha in the short-lived sitcom, reveal the surprise tidbit in Thursday’s all-new episode of a podcast. In a first listen of the episode, the two share that the late Bryant was scheduled to film the pilot episode of the reboot episode days after his untimely death in January 2020. The beloved L.A. Lakers superstar and his 13-year-old daughter Gianna were two of nine passengers aboard a helicopter that crashed in California. He was 41.

A Chicagoland jury found R. Kelly guilty of multiple child pornography charges on Wednesday. Kelly was convicted on three of four child porn counts and three of five three counts of enticement of a minor to engage in criminal sexual activity. After three weeks of testimony, the jury only took ten hours to come back with their verdict.  Kelly is already looking at 30 years in prison after being found guilty of racketeering charges in New York. Federal prosecutors are aiming for Kelly’s Chicago sentence to be consecutive to the New York conviction.

Nicki Minaj is suing social media host Nosey Heaux for $75,000. On Monday, Nosey said of Nicki, “(she’s) shoving all this cocaine, shoving in all this cocaine up her nose. Allegedly. Thank you. Allegedly. But we all know it’s true. “F***-listen, I can’t even say allegedly with that ’cause I, we all know it’s true. I’m not saying allegedly on that. Nicki Minaj is a cokehead.” She also went after Nicki’s son Papa Bear and her husband Kenneth Petty saying, “Your baby is going to be a rapist, too.” Nicki’s attorney said that the defamation suit is for the cash, and “When this case is over, she will no longer be permitted to use the name “Nosey Heaux” because we will take her trademark from her when she does not have enough money to pay the judgment. Anyone else who spreads lies about Nicki will suffer a similar fate.”

Eminem and Snoop finally ended their long-standing beef in 2021 . . . and it was Dr. Dre’s aneurysm that motivated them. Eminem says, quote, “When that thing happened with Dre, the brain aneurysm thing . . . We were like, bro this is stupid.  This is stupid as hell to be feuding right now. So I don’t remember if I called him, or he called me, I can’t remember, but we talked it out.”

Ozzy Osbourne is so determined to tour again, that he’s willing to be nailed to a board and wheeled out on stage.  He’s currently battling Parkinson’s disease and is still recovering from a recent surgery. Quote, “[The stage is] where I belong.  The relationship I have with my audience is the biggest love affair of my life . . . Survival is my legacy . . .I know when I eventually do leave this place, it’s going to be, ‘Ah, the man who bit the head off the bat joined the bat today.'”

Jimi Hendrix’s estate is celebrating the guitar legend’s 80th birthday with a new live album. ‘The Jimi Hendrix Experience – Los Angeles Forum: April 26, 1969’ will be released on November 18th, before Hendrix’s birthday on November 27th. The concert features the original lineup of Hendrix, drummer Mitch Mitchell, bassist Noel Redding and was one of the first shows at the Forum.  Chicago Transit Authority, who would later change their name to Chicago, opened for Hendrix that night. You can stream one of the concert’s songs, “I Don’t Live Today” now.

A casting call has gone out from Vice TV seeking an actor to portray a young Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson in an upcoming docudrama series set in the world of professional wrestling. The casting notice is looking for an actor between 18 to 26 years of age, who identifies as Black, Pacific Islander, or of mixed ethnicity, to play a 15-year-old version of Johnson. Those auditioning should have a “muscular build,” and present a demeanor that “looks mature, ambitious, and rebellious.” The gig pays $400 a day and no previous acting experience is necessary. We just got ourselves another Pinocchio movie.  And there’s ANOTHER one right around the corner.  So that had us looking into classic stories that Hollywood just won’t leave alone.  Some characters and stories have been adapted for the screen many dozens of times, so many that we’re probably not even aware of most of them. These are some of the wells we’ve drawn from the most, along with the best (or at least most interesting) takes. Obviously – Pinocchio is on this list….but here are some others…

History has been made. Open the books and change the records because Adam Wainwright and Yadier Molina set the MLB record for most starts as a tandem with the first pitch against the Milwaukee Brewers at Busch Stadium, their 325th together. A record that wont ever be broken. No way, no how that’s what I say. Those two legends were back up by home runs from Nolan Arenado and Lars Nootbaar, Albert Pujols, DHing a double that scored the fourth run of the evening for his 2,200th RBI of his career (joining Babe Ruth and Hank Aaron as the only three players in history with that many runs batted in, and the Cardinals’ bullpen working 4 scoreless innings gave the Cards a 4-1 victory in front of a sellout crowd of 46,459 including one, sir Rizz. Helsley struck out two in the ninth to get him his 17th save. The win brought back the Cardinals’ eight-game lead in the NL Central and the magic number is down to 12. Cards play the Reds tonight at Busch with a start of 645.

NBC had the traditional season opener last week, but the remainder of the Thursday night schedule other than the Thanksgiving games will be Amazon exclusives on a national basis (NOTE: the productions will be simulcast on a TV station in the markets of the teams playing in the games).

The package kicks off Thursday the Los Angeles Chargers at Kansas City in a matchup of teams tons expect to be Super Bowl contenders. Prime Video is included in the Amazon package that is estimated to have about 165 million U.S. subscribers. Amazon also is offering a free 30-day trial subscription at amazon.com, so it would cost a consumer who takes that option then wants to stay aboard for the rest of the football season about $27 via the video-only plan. Another option is a subscription to NFL+ ($4.99 monthly), but that is available only on tablets and smartphones, not internet-connected TV sets, laptops or desktop computers. For those willing to wait, NFL Network is set to replay the Amazon productions at 11:30 p.m. on Thursdays and 2 p.m. on Fridays (LINK)

I’m going Sunday, you going Sunday? WELP nevermind, the debut of Centene Stadium will have to wait.

Because of a problem with the stadium’s internal power distribution, brought on by unrelated construction in the area, opening night for the stadium, scheduled for Sunday, is being postponed. The game will instead be played at SIUE and admission will be free.

St. Louis City2, the MLS expansion team’s developmental team, was supposed to play Sporting KC II in its final regular-season game, with only the lower bowl in use because of work still being done at the stadium. No tickets were being sold; only season-ticket holders would be allowed in. We’ll have to wait a little longer.

The Detroit Lions (LINK) are currently being listed as the betting favorites for Sunday’s game against the Washington Commander, and it’s a big deal. The Lions a 2 1/2-point favorite against the Commanders at home and, if the line doesn’t move drastically and the Lions hold firm in that position, it would snap a 24-game streak of Detroit being an underdog, according to Caesars Sportsbook.

That streak is currently the longest that a team has been an underdog in the Super Bowl era, ESPN reported (LINK).

Detroit was last favored on Nov. 22, 2020. That day, they were a one-point favorite against the Carolina Panthers. But despite being favored in that contest, the Lions still lost 20-0 to a Panthers team that was quarterbacked by PJ Walker (LINK)

If the Lions break the streak, the New York Giants (LINK) hold the second-longest mark as an underdog at 15 consecutive games, according to ESPN. However, the Giants are also being listed as 2 1/2-point favorites for their game against the Panthers on Sunday, per Caesars Sportsbook.

  • Serena Williams is thinking about pulling a Tom Brady.
  • She was a guest on The Tonight Show on Tuesday night where she discussed her retirement decision.
  • Jimmy Fallen asked Serena, “There’s no chance of you pulling a Tom Brady and saying, ‘Maybe I’m evolving to coming back,'” Williams teased to Fallon, “You know what? Tom Brady started an amazing trend.”
  • “That’s what I want to say,” she laughed.
  • Serena went on to say that she’s looking forward to doing things she’s never had time to do.
  • “And there are so many things that I’ve been wanting to do for so many years and I have such a passion for tennis for so long that I have never done it but now it’s time for me to, like, try to enjoy those things.”
  • Jimmy Fallon also asked Serena if there was anyone who knew about her retirement plans.
  • “The only person that knew at one point about it was my therapist,” she said to Fallon. “Because verbalizing meant that it was real, and I don’t want it to be real so I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to do and I don’t think you really know until, I don’t know, until you say it or it’s actually real.”
  • Time will tell if Serena unretires one day.

Stephen Curry Close To Signing $1 Billion Lifetime Deal With Under Armour

  • People snickered when Stephen Curry left Nike and signed a shoe deal with Under Armour in 2013.
  • It looks like Steph will have the last laugh.
  • Rolling Stonereports that Curry and Under Armour are close to agreeing to a $1 billion lifetime deal.
  • In the past six years, Steph and Under Armour have established the Curry Brand. A portion of the profits goes to help coaches and youth in underserved communities.

Curry’s current deal with the brand is scheduled to end in 2024. Neither party has commented on the reported billion-dollar offer

What is the longest home run ever hit? How far did it actually go? With the data we have, here’s the verdict on the longest home runs in baseball history:

Now remember Modern baseball includes countless tools for measuring exit velocity, launch angle and projected distance on home runs. However, for much of MLB history, there wasn’t even an exact way to determine the length of tape-measure home runs.

The longest verified home run in American professional baseball history didn’t even happen in the majors.

In 1987, Joey Meyer (LINK) of the Triple-A Denver Zephyrs launched a moonshot into the second deck of Mile High Stadium. City of Denver engineer Jerry Tennyson was able to verify the distance of the home run at 582 feet.

Determining the longest homer ever in MLB history is an exercise in myth-busting.

Babe Ruth was said to have hit a home run over 600 feet. A Mickey Mantle homer was originally estimated to have gone 734 feet. While those feats would shatter Meyer’s mark, there was no technology or tool that could give an exact measure of those distances.

Ruth, Mantle, Reggie Jackson, Willie Stargell and Adam Dunn have all hit blasts well past 500 feet in their careers. ESPN had a Home Run Tracker that was able to estimate the distance of certain dingers, but there is still no conclusive list of the longest homers throughout MLB history.

So What is the longest home run in recent MLB history?

In seven-plus seasons since Statcast’s inception which was in 2015, two home runs have traveled more than 500 feet. Here are the 12 longest dingers in the Statcast era:

  1. Nomar Mazara, TEX, 2019: 505 feet
Giancarlo Stanton, MIA, 2016: 504 feet
    3. Christian Yelich, MIL, 2022: 499 feet
    T-4. Aaron Judge, NYY, 2017: 496 feet
    T-4. Miguel Sanó, MIN, 2019: 496 feet
    T-4. Jesús Sánchez, MIA, 2022: 496 feet
    T-7. Aaron Judge, NYY, 2017: 495 feet
    T-7. Joey Gallo, TEX, 2018: 495 feet
T-7. Ronald Acuña Jr., ATL, 2020: 495 feet
    T-7. Miguel Sanó, MIN, 2021: 495 feet
    T-11. Michael A. Taylor, WAS, 2015: 493 feet
T-11. Gary Sánchez, NYY, 2017: 493 feet (LINK)

WEEK 1:

RIZZ – 10                                                                              MARSH – 10

MOON – 9                                                                             STALTER -9

KING SCOTT – 9                                                     THOMPSON – 9

PATRICO – 7                                                                       HOLLIDAY – 8

Here’s where every team stands after Week 1’s action:

  1. New York Jets (0-1):Yuck.
  2. Atlanta Falcons(0-1): Things were looking good for the Falcons until the fourth quarter hit, then the Saints reeled off 17 points in a row to steal a Week 1 win. Falcons still can’t finish.
  3. Houston Texans(0-0-1): “You play to tie the game,” — Lovie Smith, probably.
  4. Jacksonville Jaguars(0-1): At least their head coach got on the plane back to Duval with them after the loss in D.C. Baby steps.
  5. Detroit Lions (0-1): Hard Knocks is over, and the Lions are still the Lions.
  6. Tennessee Titans(0-1): The Titans are no strangers to surprise losses early in the season. But those Titans teams had a lot more talent than what that puked on itself against the Giants.
  7. Carolina Panthers(0-1): Is Matt Rhule coaching Nebraska yet?
  8. Seattle Seahawks(1-0): Russ who?
  9. New England Patriots(0-1): I don’t know why Bill Belichick was so optimistic after the Patriots’ Week 1 loss to the Dolphins. Things are bad, and there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to fix what ails the offense.
  10. Arizona Cardinals(0-1): Look at the bright side, Cardinals, at least things can’t get much worse. Probably.
  11. Dallas Cowboys(0-1): If Dak Prescott’s hand injury is serious, could Dallas be a trade candidate for Jimmy Garoppolo? Or do the 49ers need him more after what they saw from Trey Lance on Sunday?
  12. Chicago Bears (1-0): The Bears’ defense stymied the 49ers in a soggy game at Soldier Field. It was a good start to the Matt Eberflus era, but let’s not overreact … yet.
  13. New York Giants(1-0): Saquon is back. Fantasy teams everywhere rejoice.
  14. Cleveland Browns(1-0): So much for Baker Mayfield’s revenge tour.
  15. Indianapolis Colts (0-0-1): The winner of the AFC South is going to be 8-8-1.
  16. Washington Commanders(1-0): The Commanders looked a lot more competent than I expected. They were playing the Jaguars, but credit where credit is due.
  17. Las Vegas Raiders(0-1): The Raiders had zero sacks and zero takeaways Sunday vs. the Chargers. That’s a recipe for a loss.
  18. San Francisco 49ers (0-1): The 49ers were sloppy, undisciplined, and overall underwhelming in a surprising loss to the Bears. A get-right game against the Seahawks is a must in Week 2.
  19. New Orleans Saints(1-0): Welcome back, Michael Thomas.

13: Denver Broncos (0-1): The Broncos might want to focus on their red-zone offense this week.

  1. Miami Dolphins(1-0): Mike McDaniel showed some good stuff against the Patriots in his coaching debut, but the Fins have a lot of kinks to work out.
  2. Cincinnati Bengals (0-1):It was a disappointing opener for the defending AFC champions. The way they rallied back against the Steelerswas a bright spot, though.
  3. Pittsburgh Steelers (1-0): The Steelers got the win, but at what cost? T.J. Watt’s pectoral injury looms large now over Pittsburgh’s season.
  4. Green Bay Packers (0-1): Aaron Rodgers might need another body cleanse/vision quest to get Sunday’s performance out of his system. Turns out, replacing Davante Adams isn’t that easy.
  5. Los Angeles Rams (0-1):The Rams looked like Ed Helms waking up in a Vegas hotel after a bachelor party that went overboard. Shake it off, champs.
  6. Baltimore Ravens (1-0): Lamar Jackson turned down $250 million and went and hung it on the Jets to start his “bet on myself” tour. Not bad.
  7. Minnesota Vikings (1-0):The Vikings are about to be a problem this season.
  8. Los Angeles Chargers (1-0): Keenan Allen’s injury puts a damper on the Bolts’ season-opening win, but Khalil Mack looks rejuvenated outside of Chicago.
  9. Philadelphia Eagles (1-0):The Eagles’ hype train is about to jump the tracks after steamrolling the Lions.
  10. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-0): If this is Tom Brady’s last season, you can bet The GOAT won’t go quietly.
  11. Buffalo Bills (1-0): The prettiest girl at the NFL ball showed up Thursday night and lived up to their billing. The Bills are for real.

1. Kansas City Chiefs (1-0): Yeah… Patrick Mahomes is going to be just fine without Tyreek Hill.
