Donny was live on the air for 28 hours straight from Thursday at 10a through Friday at 2pm - playing On-Demand listener requests to raise funds for an awesome cause… helping Ronald McDonald House provide a “home-away-from-home” for families of seriously ill children, and support to organizations that serve the needs of children.

We asked you guys to make this year extra special…since it marked a decade of amazing support for our community and awesome causes, and you guys showed up! It's a new 28-Hour Radiothon Record!

About the Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis

There are three Ronald McDonald Houses in St. Louis. Our first House was built on West Pine near St. Louis Children’s Hospital, which now has eight extended-stay apartment units next door. We also have a House on Park Avenue near SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital. RMHC St. Louis opened the third Ronald McDonald House (and the 300th in the world) on the campus of Mercy Children’s Hospital in September 2010.

We provide comfort and care to 59 families each night, and we are open every day of the year. The Houses provide affordable lodging, as well as home-cooked meals and a community atmosphere where families find support from others going through similar situations. Many of the families travel long distances for life-saving medical treatment for their child, including: heart transplants, lung transplants, cancer care and other specialized treatments for a variety of life-threatening illnesses.
