This is when you are huge… Eagles legend Don Henley helped raise more than $45,000 for a Texas food bank . . . He sold a piece of paper with the lyrics to Desperado on it for $33,600!  It wasn’t an original document . . . he just wrote them down LAST MONTH. Still, someone was willing to pay $33,600 for it.  And he raised another $12,600 for an acoustic guitar signed by Don and the current Eagles lineup.  On top of that, the auction house made a $25K donation, and they waived their fees

Formerly of Pink Floyd…76 year old Roger Waters is calling out former bandmate David Gilmour for allegedly cutting off Waters’ access to Pink Floyd’s website. (AUDIO) Waters and Gilmour have had a testy relationship since 1985, when Waters left the band and then sued them for the Pink Floyd name. He lost and recent attempts at a truce have been unsuccessful. “About a year ago, I convened a sort of Camp David for the surviving members of Pink Floyd at a hotel at the airport in London, where I proposed all kinds of measures to get past this awful impasse that we have and predicament that we find ourselves in,” he says. “It bore no fruit, I’m sorry to say.”

Singer Sia recently added to her family with adoption…not a dog not a cat not an iguana…(AUDIO)She  is also set to get birth… to a new single “Together,” on May 20.

A real, honest-to-goodness live concert went down Monday in Fort Smith, Arkansas.  Yes, there was social distancing, but that’s where we are.  The performer was TRAVIS MCCREADY, who’s in the band Bishop Gunn. It was at the TempleLive Theater, which holds 1,100 people, but it was limited to 229 fans.  They tested out a “fan pod” system by selling tickets in blocks of between two and 13.  Those people would sit together but were six feet away from others.  Face masks were mandatory, and every person’s temperature was checked with an infrared thermometer at the door.  The floors were marked with stickers and tape to keep people at a proper distance away from everything, including merch and food.  The fans who were there seemed to love it, but when you look at the photos the whole thing looked empty and kind of sad. Here is some fans and a rep from the venue talking about it(AUDIO)

They are considering postponing the 2021 Oscars from its current February 21 dat e.The Academy has already made eligibility changes to films for next year, such as loosening requirements on a theatrical run. If the postponement does happen, it’s unclear how that would further affect eligibility.

Entertainment for making this journey possible.” The reality show ran on E! for three seasons, and highlighted Cavallari’s personal and business lives. Cavallari and Cutler announced they were splitting up after seven years of marriage in April.

Jason Derulo broke his two front teeth trying to eat corn on the cob with a POWER DRILL.  He chucked the cob in the drill and tried to eat it while spinning it fast.  Here’s the outcome of that.(AUDIO)  (He’d already broken one of them earlier this month in a swimming pool mishap.)

HGTV is ripping off ALL OF US!! You know how we all watch House Hunters and make dumb commentary like…yea it’s a $400,000 vacation home but you hate the gravel in the front garden go F yourself…they are making a show to do just that…House Hunters: Comedians on Couches.A group of seven comedians watch an episode together via video conference and share their hot takes and witty commentary. I’ve always said that if CAROLE BASKIN DIDN’T kill her husband Don Lewis and feed him to a tiger, then she’s the closest thing that “Tiger King” has to a HERO.  But this doesn’t help her case . . .Two handwriting experts told a Missouri newspaper that they believe the signatures on Don’s will and power of attorney were FORGED. And here’s another wrinkle . . . a woman named Susan Aronoff Bradshaw also signed Don’s will.  She used to work at Carole’s Big Cat Rescue. And back in 2007 . . . long before most of us knew who any of these people were . . . Susan said that Carole asked her to testify that she was there when Don signed the will.  Even though she WASN’T. And apparently she did it because she was AFRAID of Carole. Don disappeared in 1997.  He was declared legally dead in 2002, and Carole inherited his MILLIONS.

Raven Symones net worth? It’s hard to believe this is possible . . . but RAVEN-SYMONE revealed that she hasn’t spent ANY of the money she made from “The Cosby Show”. She was asked if she meant ANY of it, or just recent residuals . . . and she said, quote, “I haven’t touched my ‘Cosby’ money.” Raven-Symone played Olivia on the last three seasons of “The Cosby Show” . . . starting when she was just three years old.  She’s done a lot since then, but it’s hard to believe she’s hasn’t dipped into ANY of the “Cosby” coin.

According to, she’s now worth $55 million. put together a list of feel good stories out of Hollywood you may not have ever heard.  Here are 12 highlights:

Michael was in the U.K. filming “Transformers: The Last Knight”, and he heard about Freya, an epileptic dog that spent over six years in an animal shelter without finding a home.

Michael put Freya in the movie . . . where she shared a scene with Anthony Hopkins . . . and immediately afterward, the dog was adopted.

10.  Viggo Mortensen owns two horses he rode in “The Lord of the Rings”.  He bought one after striking up a friendship with it on the set, and then bought the second one so the first wouldn’t be lonely.

Viggo also bought the horse from the movie “Hidalgo”.

We might not be able to see the Blues perform on the ice right now, but even with the COVID-19 pandemic uprooting the season, the team is still collecting some wins. On Monday, the trio of Vince Dunn, Jordan Kyrou, and Robert Thomas won $100,000 for charity in a Fortnite video game tournament organized by the NHL Players’ Association. The Blues’ beat out 27 other teams from around the league to take the top prize. The players are donating $50,000 to St. Louis Children’s Hospital, $25,000 to the St. Louis Area Foodbank and $25,000 to muscular dystrophy research. Kyrou and Dunn actually finished second in another Fortnite tournament last month and won another $100,000 for charity.

NFL chief doctor Allen Sills said on a conference call that it appears inevitable that a number of the sport’s team personnel will be infected by the coronavirus. He said: “We fully well expect that we will have positive cases that arise. Because we think that this disease will remain in society, it shouldn’t be a surprise that new positive cases arise. Our challenge is to identify them as quickly as possible and prevent spread to any other participants.” Tuesday marked the first day that teams could re-open their facilities, if they are permitted to do so under governing state and local regulations. But no players are currently allowed to enter facilities, unless they were already undergoing rehab or therapy that began prior to team facilities being closed. And a possible date of more comprehensive returns is still unclear.

The NFL is extending another lifeline to the Los Angeles Rams as the team continues construction on the nearly $5 billion SoFi Stadium in Inglewood.  League owners voted Tuesday to approve lending an additional $500 million to the team to complete the facility. Two years ago, owners had agreed to a record debt waiver of $2.25 billion for the stadium that will soon become the permanent home of the Rams and the Chargers. A lack of demand for personal seat licenses, which grant holders the ability to then purchase season tickets, has forced the Rams into asking for the increase in credit. The Chargers and Rams were expected to raise $400 million in seat licenses, yet that number is currently closer to $100 million. Already, the venue has booked some of the largest events in sports and pop culture with WrestleMania 37 in March 2021, the Super Bowl in February 2022 and the Summer Olympics in 2028.

Giants cornerback DeAndre Baker and Seahawks cornerback Quinton Dunbar reported to police Saturday after a warrant was issued for their arrest on charges of armed robbery with a firearm and aggravated assault with a firearm.  The two NFL players were released after posting bond Sunday. Baker’s attorney defended his client claiming Baker could not have been involved in the robbery because he was busy playing Madden in another room. Lawyers are saying Baker brought a console, two controllers and a charger to the house where the alleged robbery occurred and was playing the game for over an hour that night. Baker was reportedly instructed to “stay away from team meetings and focus on his legal issues.”

The NBA is weighing return-to-play options that could see teams playing in one or two centralized locations. The cities of Orlando and Las Vegas “are still vying for games,” and the league is mulling having teams hold training camps at their practice facilities before heading off to game sites to resume the season. The idea of teams playing in a “bubble city” at either Walt Disney World in Orlando or MGM Resorts on the Las Vegas Strip has been previously floated. Orlando is in the “lead” but Las Vegas remains an option. The NBA is pinpointing dates for teams to report to a centralized location to restart the season in July. It has not been decided if all 30 teams would report to the “bubble city,” only playoff teams or a mix of both.

Major League Soccer announced yesterday that the 2020 All-Star Game, Campeones Cup and Leagues Cup have all been called off as the league continues to deal with the coronavirus pandemic. The regular season has been suspended since March with no clear date to return as the pandemic continues in the United States and Canada. Some teams have been allowed to return to small training, pending local lockdown measures. The main event of the three canceled, the All-Star Game, was originally scheduled for July 29 in Los Angeles. For the first time, it was going to be the MLS All-Stars vs. Liga All-Stars. MLS said the 2021 MLS All-Star Game and festivities will still take place in Los Angeles. MLS remains hopeful of playing an All-Star team from the Mexican league next season, saying that the two sides will continue discussions.

The Belmont Stakes will be run June 20 in New York without fans and serve as the opening leg of horse racing’s Triple Crown for the first time in the sport’s history. The distance will also be contested at a shorter distance than usual. The 2020 Belmont will be 1 1/8 miles instead of the 1 1/2-mile “test of the champion” that has been the race’s trademark for almost a century. This is the first time the Belmont will lead off the Triple Crown ahead of the Kentucky Derby and Preakness. The Kentucky Derby was moved from May 2 to Sept. 5 and the Preakness from May 16 to Oct. 3 amid the coronavirus pandemic. The Belmont was originally scheduled for June 6.

And finally – don’t forget – there is some LIVE racing tonight.  The Toyota 500 takes place at Darlington Raceway.  Again, no fans will be in attendance but, it’s live sports and you can watch the race at 6:30PM on FS1.
