Young the Giant has premiered a new song called “Wake Up.”

The track is the first single off the “Superposition” band’s upcoming album, American Bollywood, the follow-up to 2018’s Mirror Master.

“‘Wake Up’ is where this story begins: a fever dream from the poet Vyasa of past lives and visions, the journey of this band and all of our collective identity over the last four years, and the prologue to our fifth studio album: American Bollywood,” says frontman Sameer Gadhia.

The release date for American Bollywood has yet to be announced, though Gadhia adds that it “will be told in four acts: Origins, Exile, Battle, and Denouement.”

Young the Giant has also announced a run of tour dates this fall, including a co-headlining show with Phantogram at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre on October 12.
