Twenty One Pilots drummer Josh Dun ran this past weekend in the Columbus Marathon, which benefits the Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. More specifically, Dun ran in the half-marathon event, which started at Columbus’ North Bank Park on Sunday morning (October 15th). A photo of Dun with a medal around his neck appeared on the race’s Twitter account later that day, noting that the drummer “took a 13.1 mile run around (Columbus) today.”

  • Dun reportedly finished the 13-mile run in one hour and 45 minutes, averaging eight minutes per mile.
  • Twenty One Pilots, meanwhile, continue to keep a low profile following the more than 250 shows the duo played behind 2015’s smash album Blurryface.
  • There’s no word yet on whether Dun and singer Tyler Joseph have started writing or recording a follow-up yet.
