STROKES POST CANDID STUDIO FOOTAGE ONLINE

The Strokes have posted video footage online documenting the studio sessions for their new album, Angles. According to NME.com, the footage shows the band working on the track “Taken For A Fool” and provides some visual evidence that the reportedly difficult time the band had making the record was not as bad as rumored. At one point guitarist Nick Valensi jokes, “It’s been a disaster from the get-go. I can’t seem to learn the songs. I don’t even know where the hell I am. Where am I?”

Meanwhile, drummer Fab Moretti and guitarist Albert Hammond Jr. are seen goofing around, singing songs and play-fighting.

Angles is due out on March 22nd. The album’s first single is called “Under Cover Of Darkness.”
