Rise Against will head out on a North American tour beginning on April 5th in Las Vegas, Nevada, wrapping up on May 14th in the band’s hometown of Chicago. Support on the trek will come from Bad Religion and Four Year Strong. Rise Against singer Tim McIlrath said in a statement, “It was only about six years ago we were celebrating our good fortune at being picked to open for the legendary Bad Religion. I would’ve claimed you were lying if you said we’d be taking them out in the future; we’re pretty stoked.”

Rise Against will be on the road in support of its sixth studio album, Endgame, which is due out March 15th.

The album’s first single, “Help Is On The Way,” is currently a Top Five track at Modern Rock radio.

The song deals with the devastation left behind in New Orleans and on the Gulf Coast by Hurricane Katrina and the BP oil spill.

“Help Is On The Way” will also be featured in the upcoming EA video game Shift 2: Unleashed.

Tickets for all dates will go on sale February 12th, with the exception of a Long Beach, California gig that will go on sale on the 19th.
