Puscifer has premiered the video for “Bullet Train to Iowa,” a track off the band’s 2020 album, Existential Reckoning.

The nine-minute clip begins with frontman Maynard James Keenan playing his light-haired, mustachioed character Billy D, who finds himself in a bar with a woman who may or may not exist. After several tequila shots, Billy D wakes up in the desert, where he hops on a futuristic hoverboard.

A press release describes the “Bullet Train” video as a “bridge” between Puscifer’s two streaming specials: last fall’s Existential Reckoning performance, and the upcoming Money $hot concert, premiering April 17.

“Kind of like what Rogue One is to the Star Wars films, but without the Storm Troopers and snarky robots,” Keenan explains.

You can watch the “Bullet Train to Iowa” video streaming now on YouTube.
