Lovelytheband has released a new version of the group’s song “buzz cut,” featuring MisterWives.

The collaboration between the two has been a long time coming, since vocalists Mitchy Collins and Mandy Lee are old friends.

“”I’ve known Mitchy for…dare I say…a decade?” Lee says. “And I’m so stoked for lovelytheband and all they’ve achieved together and hope one day we can sing ‘buzz cut’ live when it’s safe.”

You can download the updated “buzz cut” now via digital outlets.

The original “buzz cut” appears on lovelytheband’s sophomore album, conversations with myself about you, which was released last summer. The record also includes the single “loneliness for love.”
