LCD Soundsystem has released a new song called “New Body Rhumba.”

The seven-minute epic marks the first fresh offering from James Murphy and company following their 2017 reunion album, American Dream. It was written and recorded for the upcoming film White Noise, based on the 1985 Don DeLillo novel of the same name.

You can listen to “New Body Rhumba” now via digital outlets.

Along with the new track, LCD Soundsystem has announced a new run of residency dates at New York City’s Brooklyn Steel venue. The run will take place over 20 shows between November 18 and December 17.

Tickets go on sale next Friday, October 7 at 10 a.m. ET with various presales happening throughout the week. For the full list of dates and all ticket info, visit YouAreHere.BoweryPresents.com.

LCD has held residencies at Brooklyn Steel several times before; their 2021 run was cut short due to the surge of the Omicron variant. The upcoming December 4 show will mark LCD’s milestone 50th performance at the venue.
