All Time Low‘s reign atop Billboard‘s Alternative Airplay chart has come to an end.

Since the chart frame dated September 19, 2020, the band’s single, “Monsters,” has sat at number one on the Alternative Airplay ranking. All told, “Monsters” spent 17 consecutive weeks leading the tally.

That 17-week stretch is the longest consecutive streak ruling Alternative Airplay since Portugal. the Man spent 17 weeks at number one with “Feel It Still.” The record for the most consecutive weeks at number one on Alternative Airplay is 18, which was achieved by Muse‘s “Madness” in 2012 and Foo Fighters‘ “The Pretender” in 2007.

“Feel It Still” holds the record for most non-consecutive weeks at number one, with 20.

As for the new Alternative Airplay champion, that would be I DONT KNOW HOW BUT THEY FOUND ME, the band fronted by ex-Panic! at the Disco bassist Dallon Weekes. Their single “Leave Me Alone,” off the debut iDKHOW album, Razzmatazz, currently occupies the number-one spot.
