Canadian veterans Three Days Grace and up-and-coming Canadian act My Darkest Days will join forces for a new North American tour that begins in Seattle on March 23rd, according to The Silver Tongue. Fifteen dates are confirmed through April 17th in Sayreville, New Jersey, with more shows to be announced. Tickets for the tour go on sale this Saturday (January 29th) with fan club pre-sales beginning on Tuesday (January 25th) at noon ET and ending on Friday (January 28th).

My Darkest Days frontman Matt Walst is the younger brother of Three Days Grace bassist Brad Walst.

Three Days Grace has been a touring band for more than a decade and we asked drummer Neil Sanderson how the band manages to still get along after spending so much time together: "I've been in this band since I was 14, and over the years we've seen the best and the worst of each other, you know. We've seen, like, absolute rock bottom, we've seen high points and low points. And just like any relationship, it's how you react to that, you know. If you don't pick your battles wisely, if you're a very reactive person to a situation and think emotionally and not logically, it would be a lot harder to sustain a group of people."

At one point late last year, Three Days Grace held down the Number One spot on the rock radio chart with "World So Cold," while My Darkest Days was right behind them at Number Two with "Porn Star Dancing."

"Porn Star Dancing" is taken from My Darkest Days' self-titled debut CD, which was released in September. The band's new single is "Move Your Body."

"World So Cold" is the third Top Five rock radio single taken from Three Days Grace's 2009 album, Life Starts Now.
