Thirty Seconds To Mars has announced a summer trek called "The Monolith Tour" that will kick off on June 6th in Toronto and wind down on July 22nd in Phoenix. The band unveiled the trek Thursday morning (February 8th) on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, where it also revealed that its still-to-be-titled new studio album will arrive on April 6th. Tickets for the tour go on sale Friday, February 16th at 10:00 a.m. local time and each ticket will come with a copy of the new LP.

Singer Jared Leto has told us before that Thirty Seconds To Mars fans play a big part in the band's live show: "The audience is really a part of the show now, and when you come and see these songs live it's a pretty phenomenal feeling when people are participating to the extent that they are. The interactivity is really unique."

  • Support on the tour will come on various dates from Walk The Moon, K. Flay, MisterWives, Joywave, and Welshly Arms.
  • The act's fifth studio effort will follow up 2013's Love, Lust, Faith And Dreams. The rumored titled for the upcoming disc is America.
