Rock Quick Hits: Prophets of Rage, Deftones

  • Prophets Of Rage, the rap-rock supergroup featuring members of Rage Against The Machine, Public Enemy and Cypress Hill, stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday night (September 11th) to perform their single “Living On The 110.” The song, one of the album’s three singles so far, premiered in July while a video arrived last month. Prophets Of Rage’s self-titled debut album arrives on Friday (September 15th). (Spin)

  • Deftones visit the Belching Beaver Brewery to oversee the brewing of the band's own beers in a new mini-documentary from Revolver. In the clip, frontman Chino Morenodiscusses the band’s plans for future brews named after the song "Good Morning Beautiful" and the album White Pony. Deftones and Belching Beaver have collaborated so far on two IPAs together, called "Swerve City" and "Phantom Bride." (The PRP)
