COURTNEY LOVE PLEADS GUILTY

On Tuesday (May 25th), in Los Angeles Superior Court, Courtney Love pleaded guilty to being under the influence of cocaine and agreed to enter a drug treatment program. The 39-year-old singer agreed to the deal plea in which she'll be spared any jail time and have the conviction removed from her record if she successfully completes the treatment program. According to the Associated Press, in exchange for her guilty plea, prosecutors agreed to drop a charge of disorderly conduct stemming from her arrest last October. However if she fails to complete the program, or gets in any more trouble that would violate the terms of her probation, Love will have to serve at least 90 days in jail.


At a sentencing hearing set for July 16th the judge will outline the conditions for her probation.
