7pm-Midnight in Soulard -- RAIN OR SHINE EVENT
All participants MUST BE 21 years of age or older.
Check-in / Mug pick-up will OPEN by 7:00p at The Point tents at Great Grizzly Bear. Soulard Haunted Hayride participants should arrive to check in and pick-up their Mug at the Great Grizzly Bear – 1027 Geyer Ave. - between 7pm-9pm
When you check in at The Point tents at the beginning of the Haunted Hayride you will receive a “Hayride Passport” card. As you make your way to each of our participating locations you can get your passport STAMPED at each location before Midnight. Get your passport checked at all participating locations and then return to the Great Grizzly Bear to present your completed passport card for entry into our Grand Prize drawings that include a 42” LCD HDTV and other prizes!
If you purchased multiple tickets to the event under one name please arrive and check-in as a group. The person responsible for purchasing tickets will need to present their ID to check-in all attendees under that name. All attendees will still be responsible for presenting their ID to verify that they are 21+.
Hayride trailers will travel along the designated course in Soulard to the participating bar/pub locations - 1860’s Hardshell, Molly’s, The Shanti, Hammerstones, Nadine’s Gin Joint and Great Grizzly Bear. You may ride the trailers to each location or walk. There will be designated “pick up/drop off” stops for the hayride trailers. Hayride trailer seating will be open to all registered hayride participants on a first-come, first-serve basis. We ask all attendees to not overcrowd the trailers or to try to board/depart the hayride trailers at non-designated hayride stops. Soulard streets will be open to normal traffic during the event so please use caution/courtesy when walking/crossing the streets or riding on the hayride trailers
All costume contest winners will score a $100 Giftcard to Spirit Halloween Store, a pair of tickets to a Point HOHO show of their choice, and a $105 Visa Giftcard!
