A month after CASEY KASEM'S death, the battle between his widow JEAN and his kids from his first marriage rages on. The kids now say Jean removed Casey's body from a Washington state funeral home, and Here’s a real shocker.. they don't know where it is.  If Jean did remove the body, she did it in defiance of the law. Earlier in the week Casey's kids went to court to request an autopsy.  The judge ordered Jean to keep the body in cold storage at the funeral home until that request could be ruled on

MAROON 5 singer ADAM LEVINE and Victoria's Secret model BEHATI PRINSLOO got married Saturday night in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico . . . by JONAH HILL… Guests included Robert Downey Jr., Jason Segel and Victoria's Secret model Erin Heatherton . . . plus Maroon 5 members James Valentine and Jesse Carmichael.  Some of the bridesmaids were Victoria's Secret models. The reception featured several musical performances, including one by STEVIE NICKS… They're honeymooning in South Africa.

This is one of the best reactions to the Westboro Baptist Church's hateful protests: The "church" recently announced they were going to picket a PANIC! AT THE DISCO show in I guess Kansas City, Missouri . . . so the band posted a Facebook message saying that they'd donate $20 to the Human Rights Campaign for every Westboro protester who actually showed up… and 13 protesters showed up. Late last night, the band posted this update:  Quote, "Thank you Westboro Baptist Church for the update on the total amount you donated to Human Rights Campaign today.  [But] $20 [times] 13 = Weak."  That's just $260. It went on, quote, "We're going to make it an even $1,000.  We'll also be donating 5% of our total merch sales from this show to HRC."

JAMES GARNER died at his home in California on Saturday night, at the age of 86 of natural causes. James was best known for his starring roles as Jim Rockford on the '70s detective show, "The Rockford Files", and Bret Maverick on the '50s western, "Maverick".  He was also in the 1994 movie version of "Maverick" alongside MEL GIBSON. He won an Emmy for "The Rockford Files" in 1977. Also on "8 Simple Rules". He had "six or seven knee operations" during that time, and in 2000, he had both knees replaced. In 1988, he had quintuple bypass heart surgery, and his doctors insisted that he stop smoking.  He did . . . 17 YEARS later.  And he had surgery after suffering a minor stroke in 2008. Check out Support Your Local Sheriff…great old movie.

Yesterday, the website BadAssDigest dropped what MIGHT be some SPOILERS for "Star Wars 7 Here's what they say: The movie starts with the trademark text scrolling up the screen.  Then we see a SEVERED HAND floating through space, gripping a light saber.  The hand falls to a planet where it's discovered by the movie's main characters. They recognize the light saber as a "Jedi relic", and decide they have to return it to whoever it belongs to. This sets them on a quest to another world, where they meet up with Han Solo and Chewbacca.  They're no longer piloting the Millennium Falcon, but the website won't say WHAT they're doing. Han and Chewie recognize the light saber as Luke Skywalker's.  Turns out they haven't seen him in 30 years, since the events of "Return of the Jedi".  So the movie then becomes a quest to find Luke. Meanwhile, on an ice planet, evil forces are building a super weapon that could destroy entire solar systems.

The last few times we've seen LARK VOORHIES . . .  Lisa Turtle from "Saved By the Bell" . . . she's looked and acted a little BONKERS.  And apparently, something is still up with her. At something called mantervention that she attended she answered a few questions and I think all, including her were confused.

There’s a legal battle brewing over a photo that went up for sale this week for $25,000 of Leonardo DiCaprio and the late South African leader Nelson Mandela. He signed it but it never got to the actor. It’s unclear how the pic, shot while DiCaprio was filming the 2006 African epic “Blood Diamond,” made it to memorabilia and autographs dealer Moments in Time, which is offering the color image, years later. Mandela personally wrote on the image of the smiling pair: “To Leo DiCaprio, Best Wishes, Mandela, 4-8-07.” But for some reason it was never was sent to him. Moments in Time says it keeps its sources confidential, but owns the image’s rights. He wants it and is lawyering up.  But Moments in Time’s Gary Zimet shot back: “They think by trying to intimidate me that they can get the picture for free. The provenance is ironclad. Leo is welcome to buy it.”

Hey what’s that crazy ass Fred Durst doing now a days… dating site eHarmony have hired him to direct three commercials for the site …"These particular commercials are more fun than I'm used to seeing from eHarmony campaigns, but you can relate to them in a way that makes sense on many different levels for many types of people," Durst told Adage. "It was a really amazing experience," he added. "The chemistry was perfect right off the bat. I'd definitely be open to doing something else if they wanted me to."

I think the critics may have gotten this one right…Here are this week's Top 5 movies: 1.  "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes", $36 million.  Up to $139 million in its 2nd week. 2.  NEW:  "The Purge: Anarchy", $28.4 million. 3.  NEW:  "Planes: Fire & Rescue", $18 million. 4.  NEW:  "Sex Tape", $15 million.
