Where's The Metal???!!! Mayhem Festival (Too Far Away)

Ok I am jonesing for a really good metal show!!! There really isn't Sh*t coming to town worth a crap! I know the 5 Finger/Shadows Fall show is coming to Pop's Feb 14th but that just isn't metal enough for me. The last really kick ass metal show was Cannibal Corpse/Hatebreed back in December but that has been IT!! SUCKS!! Mayhem Festival is coming back to town July 20th at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater featuring Lamb of God and Hatebreed and that will be pretty kick ass. The line up just isn't as hardcore as it was last year though.....bummer!! I want some really heave sh*t to come through like Job for a Cowboy or Soilent Green, Goatwhore or Six Feet Under.....where is the Metal!!!

December Symphony put on an amazing Christmas show last night in Union Mo, I was totally impressed with the show. Big Congrats to my friend Adam Thacker!! Hopefully the show will be brought to the big city next year. I'll keep you posted.....

My friend Adam Thacker is part of a very, very cool project called December Symphony that also benifits Toys For Tots. It's a Christmas Rock concert taking place on December 18th at the Fine Arts Center at Union High School. I realy can't wait to see this show!! Tickets are $8 bucks but if you bring a toy the tickets are half price!! The poster is attached. Hope to see you there!!!
