Gov. Jay Nixon has signed a bill that makes synthetic marijuana known as K2 illegal, effective Aug. 28.
Nixon signed the law Tuesday at the St. Charles County Sheriff's Department. It makes K2 a controlled substance, with possession punishable by jail or fine. Nixon will also sign the bill later Tuesday in West Plains.
