Erin Muller used to let Michael Lohan get all up in her undercarrige, but these days, with a restraining order and new lady in his life, now the only thing attached to it is a tracking device!
Oh yeah! Papa Lohan has lost what dollop of sanity he had and is now allegedly tracking his ex-girlfriend via a GPS tracking device attached to her car! Her dad found the thing while checking an oil leak and Erin is convinced Michael is the one who put it there. She has gotten the police invovled and they are considering the situation a felony eavesdropping case.
Concerned that her privacy has been further invaded, she is going to have her whole apartment swept for bugs.
Naturally, Michael was asked to comment and he elloquently told sources that Erin is "full of crap."

The estate of Travis Barker's good friend, Chris Baker -- who died in the 2008 jet crash -- just settled the wrongful death lawsuit for millions of dollars ... TMZ has learned.
According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Clay Lacy Aviation, Goodyear Tire and Rubber, Learjet and the other defendants kicked in a total of $4,375,000 to settle up with Chris' son, 3-year-old Sebastian. Baker's widow, Otilia Villar Baker, also settled for a total of $7,625,000.
According to the docs, the $4.375 mil for Sebastian will be used to purchase annuities, guaranteed to pay him $17,404,456.40 over the course of his life

David Letterman's extortionist just plead guilty to one count of attempted grand larceny in the second degree.
Robert Halderman was just sentenced to 6 months in jail, 5 years probation and 1,000 hours of community service.
Under the terms of the deal, Halderman will serve 500 hours of community service in New York and the rest in Connecticut.
In the courtroom, Halderman said, "I have great remorse and sincerely apologize to David Letterman and Stephanie Birkitt. I attempted to extort $2 million from David Letterman." Halderman called it "a thinly veiled threat."

ST. PAUL, Minn. - One Minnesota lawmaker wants state employees to stay out of hotels with violent porn while traveling for work.
A bill sponsored by Democratic Sen. Tarryl Clark of St. Cloud could prohibit spending public dollars at in-state hotels or meeting facilities that provide their customers with pornographic materials that link sex with violence. Nonviolent adult movies would be OK.
The bill gets a hearing in a Senate committee Wednesday.
The Department of Administration would keep a directory of approved facilities to help employees plan travel.
Advocates say the legislation would help take the state out of a system that supports sexual violence.
The bill offers an exception for employees who can't reasonably find or afford a porn-free hotel.

I am not trying to be cocky here:
Is it OK with you people if I smoke in my house, yard, car, outside the restaurant before dinner, in a park?
Is it OK with you people if I chew and spit my juice in my yard, on the parking lot, in a jar at the dinning table at Dennys, out my vehicle window.
I have never been asked to move or put out my cig.
Have you ever asked someone to put out a cig or cigar and what reaction did the smoker take?
I bet there are are some good stories out there on different reactions.
I know when my girlfriend smokes and if it is drifting in front of me I move to the other side of her, and I am a smoker. That ...
