'Bones' Extra Sues David Boreanaz For Sexual Harassment

'Bones' star David Boreanaz has been sued for alleged sexual harassment by Kristina Hagan, a woman who appeared as an extra on the show last year.

Hagan has sued Boreanaz and 20th Century Fox Television for more than $25,000 on sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress claims.

She claims the sexual harassment began during filming on August 21, 2009 when Boreanaz started sending "sexually inappropriate text messages."

Hagan says the actor told her he was "the boss" and that he could "make things happen for her."

According to the lawsuit, the 41-year-old actor pushed himself on to her and even got off in front of her.

It describes in graphic detail that once Boreanaz parked his car, and "attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away." It alleges he then "unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated."

In another encounter, in his trailer, Hagan claims Boreanaz grabbed, kissed, and fondled her before he "masturbated in front of her."

She said she repeatedly met with him because he promised her an acting job for her, but that never materialized.

"The allegations concerning any alleged inappropriate conduct by David Boreanaz are totally fabricated and absurd," insists Boreanaz' publicist Holly Shakoor. "There is no validity to this lawsuit."

Sources at the Lynwood Correctional Facility explain the problem to TMZ this way ... inmates can order food and drinks from the commissary on Mondays, and pick it up on Tuesdays. Lindsay didn't check in until Tuesday, and the jailers are making her wait until next Monday before she can order anything.

The girl wants a drink of water, but the only thing that's available -- as one source puts it -- is "water from that nasty sink in her cell." Lindsay just can't stomach it.

So on Thursday, Lindsay asked jailers several times for water, but they wouldn't budge. One jailer told her, "Just drink the milk from the day before."

Apparently, there's a vending machine somewhere in the jail, but no one has offered her the option.

The Rams have hired local TV personality Andy Banker to be the public-address announcer for their games at the Edward Jones Dome.

Banker is a reporter and weekend morning anchor at KTVI (Channel 2) who has worked locally in radio and television since 1994.

He replaces Randy Wright, who had the job for one season after replacing Jim Holder. Wright recently became director of multimedia properties at the University of Florida.

A jury on Thursday rejected a young woman's claim that the producers of a "Girls Gone Wild" video damaged her reputation by showing her tank top being pulled down by another person in a Laclede's Landing bar.
A St. Louis Circuit Court jury deliberated 90 minutes before ruling against the woman, 26, on the third day of the trial. Lawyers on both sides argued the key issue was consent, with her side saying she absolutely refused to give it and the defense claiming she silently approved by taking part in the party.

The woman, identified in court files as Jane Doe, was 20 when she went to the former Rum Jungle bar in May 2004 and was filmed by a "Girls Gone Wild" video photographer. Now married, the mother of two girls and living in the St. Charles area, Doe sued in 2008 after a friend of her husband's reported that she was in one of the videos.

"I am stunned that this company can get away with this," Doe said after the verdict. "Justice has not been served. I just don't understand. I gave no consent."

But Patrick O'Brien, the jury foreman, told a reporter later that an 11-member majority decided that Doe had in effect consented by being in the bar and dancing for the photographer. In a trial such as this one, agreement by nine of 12 jurors is enough for a verdict.

"Through her actions, she gave implied consent," O'Brien said. "She was really playing to the camera. She knew what she was doing."

Told of that reasoning, the tearful woman said, "I was having fun until my top was pulled off. And now this thing is out there for the world to see forever."

David A. Dalton II of St. Peters, lawyer for the defendants, said, "The jury listened to the evidence and made the right decision." Dalton said he knew before the trial began that the general reputation of "Girls Gone Wild" videos presented him with a challenge.

Crews that produce them travel to taverns, beaches and other tourist spots and publicly encourage young women to disrobe. The videos include other sexually charged episodes.

The woman's lawyers had asked for about $5 million, including the $1.5 million they estimated the company has made on the video in question, called "Girls Gone Wild Sorority Orgy."

Stephen Evans of St. Louis, her lawyer, argued Thursday that Doe never gave consent — and even could be heard in original footage saying "no" when asked to show her breasts shortly before another woman suddenly pulled Doe's top down. Evans said the company usually gets women to sign consent forms or give verbal consent with cameras rolling.

"Other girls said it was OK. Not one other one said, 'No, no,'" Evans said. "She is entitled to go out with friends and have a good time and not have her top pulled down and get that in a video."

Doe filed suit against MRA Holding LLC and Mantra Films Inc. of Tulsa, Okla. No executives testified

Its National Hotdog Day...so Thom wrote an Ode to one of his favorite meals

There you are you plump link...waiting to be devoured...you glisten in your casing, covered with the temptating condiments...mustard, relish, tomatoes, onions, slice of pickle and a couple of hot peppers to zest things up a bit...to make my ingestion of you, jus a lil bit more enjoyable...I know what you will do to me later, hot dog...you'll come back up in a form of a burp, maybe a wayward onion will make its way from my stomach and halfway up my throat accompanied by some acid...but it'll be worth it...cuz you are MY HOT DOG and I am eating you on National Hot Dog Day.
