Fall Out Boy has unveiled a North American arena tour that will start on September 5th in Uncasville, Connecticut, ending on September 29th in Tampa. Tickets go on sale April 5th and 6th. The band has released a YouTube video using spliced-together audio from people like Gene Simmons, George Carlin, Ellen DeGeneres, John F. Kennedy, Elton John and Courtney Love to announce the trek.
Fall Out Boy will launch a spring/summer tour of smaller venues on May 21st in Pittsburgh, with dates booked through the end of June.
The reunited emo act's new album, Save Rock And Roll, is due out April 16th. Both Elton John and Courtney Love make guest appearances on it. The quartet's last record, Folie A Deux, came out in 2008.
Two singles and videos have been issued from the album, "My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark (Light 'Em Up)" and "The Phoenix."
Fall Out Boy has released five albums to date, including 2005's breakthrough From Under The Cork Tree, which featured the singles "Sugar, We're Going Down" and "Dance Dance."
