Members of Muse, the Killers and more have contributed to The Synthetic Love Of Emotional Engineering, the debut album from the "supergroup" project Vicky Cryer. The disc was put together by Jason Hill, frontman for the band Louis XIV, who recorded the music at a recording studio he built in a 100-year-old house in the Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles. Guests on the album include Muse drummer Dominic Howard, Killers bassist Mark Stoermer, former Mars Volta drummer Dave Elitch, New York Dolls singer David Johanssen and others.

Hill is releasing the album through his own newly launched label, Fancy Animals Records, on April 16th.

Hill will also regroup with Louis XIV later this month for two weeks of European dates opening for the Killers.
