The Airborne Toxic Event has released a new EP, called The Secret, which features four new tracks, including the band's current single "Timeless." The songs are all taken from the group's upcoming third album, Such Hot Blood, which is tentatively due for release on April 16th. The band has also posted online the first installment in a series of acoustic videos leading up to the album's release. The debut clip is an acoustic rendition of "Timeless," featuring Los Angeles string ensemble the Calder Quartet.
The Airborne Toxic Event will also be the musical guests on this Wednesday's (March 20th) edition of CBS-TV's Late Show With David Letterman.
The Airborne Toxic Event will kick off a headlining spring tour on March 30th in San Diego, which will include a stop at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival on April 14th and 21st.
