Marilyn Manson says he's beginning to think about starting a family after the birth of his girlfriend's niece. Speaking with U.K. publication The Observer, the shock rocker said, "I've started to think that maybe I wouldn't mind passing my demented genius on to some small thing who can set fire and breathe profanity." Manson is currently dating photographer Lindsay Usich after being previously married to burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese and being engaged to actress Evan Rachel Wood.
In the same interview, Manson said that actor Johnny Depp is "like a brother to me," adding "We have matching tattoos on our backs -- Charles Baudelaire, the flowers of evil, this giant skeleton thing. It's kind of a secret. People say to us, 'Why did you get that?' And we say, 'No reason.'"
In a separate interview with Digital Spy, Manson said that while he admires Lady Gaga, he has "a hard time liking her music." The singer explained, "I like the general idea of what she's about. I have a hard time liking her music. It's not my style of music that I like, and I like a lot of music that is in that vein. I like Kylie Minogue sometimes -- I like a lot of unusual stuff, I like Justin Timberlake over Lady Gaga, just musically."
Manson will head out this fall on a co-headlining tour with Rob Zombie, beginning on September 28th in Phoenix. The Twins Of Evil trek will feature Korn frontman Jonathan Davis as his alter ego J Devil to open many of the dates with a DJ set.
Manson is touring in support of his eighth studio album, Born Villain, which was released in May of this year.
