Stone Temple Pilots frontman Scott Weiland and his wife, Mary Forsberg Weiland, were so hooked on heroin that they once showed up to a party at Leonardo DiCaprio's house wearing long sleeves to hide their track marks. According to the New York Post, that's one of the many revelations Mary shares about her life with Scott in her upcoming memoir, Fall to Pieces: A Memoir of Drugs, Rock 'n' Roll, and Mental Illness. The book, co-authored with ex-Esquire editor Larkin Warren, arrives in stores on November 10th.

Mary, a former model, reveals in the book that she and Scott met when he was hired by her agency to take her back and forth from modeling gigs.

Their turbulent relationship was marked by his public struggle with drugs, which landed him in jail and rehab several times. Mary's own battle with narcotics, as well as bipolar disorder, has been less documented.

She came clean about her mental issues after a 2007 incident in which she set fire to his entire wardrobe after the couple first demolished a hotel room.

Mary and Scott are now estranged and Mary is drug-free. The couple have two young children.

Scott Weiland is touring with the Pilots and working on the band's first new album since 2001.
