How badass is this tat / piercing?

| It says hope gives you strength. My grandmother had breast cancer "pink ribbon", My mother survived a brain tumor but my grandfather passed away from one "gray ribbon" (in picture looks almost black) and the "green ribbon" is for my other grandfather who passed away from liver cancer. |
